Quality Inn & Suites North Mesquite I-300

The breakfast was good, waffles were delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby was very well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hallways aren't clean. Actually I was worried about the quality of our stay based on the condition of the hallways (floors dirty and not vacuumed, the hallways were stinky smelling). Also, I was expecting a little more protein available for Friday morning breakfast. The options were packaged pastries, cereal with milk, or waffles. While the waffles were delicious and the cereal was good, a good protein option was definitely needed. (Eggs, sausage, etc)

It’s super quiet, wasn’t loud and didn’t hear people up and down the hallways. The staff and housekeepers are super nice, very sweet. The room was super cute, didn’t smell. The hallway and elevator had a little smell but it’s nothing once you get in the room. The room looks exactly like the pictures, no bugs or anything. The AC gets super duper cold. They even provided breakfast tacos, waffles and hunny buns! I felt like I was in heaven. I feel like I’m rambling lol I will most definitely stay here again. Especially for the price!

The bed was a little hard but they gave me an extra pillow 3 on the bed, used two for my head and two for my back and legs as I suffer severe back problems.

Very clean. Nothing fancy. Beds were good. Lighting was very good. Loved the table on wheels. We had a late dinner in the room. Being able to move the table, with one chair, we were able to use the bed for the second chair.

Breakfast was very minimal. Juice was very watery.

The rooms were clean and nice which is important to me. Great price for the value. The housekeepers were also nice during my stay. They made sure my room was restocked with everything that I needed.

The front desk was very courteous and respectful. The room was clean and stocked. They even have a washer and dryer. If i need a place to stay the night again i would definitely be coming back.

Friendly receptionist which doubled as the waffle batter maker. Microwave and Frig in room. Clean in appearance.

Breakfast was skimpy, mostly carbs. Very little tissue on roll from the start. We had to ask for more.

Was a lot of noise one night at 12am with some drunk guests playing loud music and being loud in the hallways. Staff warned them but it was still another 30 or so minutes before they finally stopped and we could get to sleep.

Photo shows the suites and csmera is in corner, but most rooms were tight I'm a taller gentleman at 6'3" tall and I felt cramped in there! Right next to the major street and traffic light all the cars hot rodding kept me awake!
