Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Mesquite, an IHG Hotel

The moment you drive onto the lot, you have a sense of cleanliness. The lobby is welcoming and the hotel staff greeted everytime you walked in. One even noticed that my hands were full and anticipated I needed the elevator button pushed. The beds were comfortable; leaving you refreshed in the morning. To start the day off well, this place provides a mouthwatering continental breakfast with cheese omlets, potatoes, sausage patties, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, fruit, and so much more. The stay was picture perfect.

My only complaint is the scenery is construction site after construction site.

We chose the hotel for the easy access to convention center and the fact that it had indoor heated pool for the kids.

Check in was supposed to be at 3p. When we went to check in at 3:20 the room had not been serviced by house keeping. I planned an hour nap before going to convention center which I did not get. Very frustrating. The pool was closed during our stay for unknown reasons. Very frustrating for kids and us adults who liked fwd to hanging together.

Last minute booking because of home renovation. One of the best prices we could find turned into one of the best experiences of our summer hotel stays. It was clean, room was very large, the staff was helpful and professional and the breakfast options were great.

Pool could be open longer like other properties but definitely not a deal breaker and everything else about property makes up for that.

i like that there was no people hanging out outside or in the hallways. My husband and I travel often for work and we really enjoyed our stay here!! Clean, quiet & good breakfast!!

It’s a little noisy due to being right by the highway and my husband is a light light sleeper but it did not keep him awake he slept like a baby!!

King Suite with sofa bed separate room was wonderful. We enjoyed the location and were able to order from SeaGrass Steak via Grub Hub and delivered to room. I enjoy Holiday Inn IHG, only wish they served breakfast for the price.

No newspaper, no breakfast, no help with luggage, I am disabled.

The air conditioning was running all night there not turning off so either its cold cold or hot. The traffic noise is horrible like you sleeping outside. Whatever they cleaned the room with the smell was so strong.

The stay was fine my only complaint was when I booked two rooms online with double queen beds that’s what I expected at check in, but I received two rooms with king size beds and pullout sofa beds which worked out but that’s not what I requested online. I couldn’t determine where the mixup occurred but other than that the stay was perfect.

No other complaints see above regarding mixup with accommodations.

The rooms are good and comfortable. And well maintained.

The only issue is on the rooms closes to the highway it is a little loud from the traffic sound.

The property was fine. Our room was as described. the extra room and bed was very nice. breakfast was very good.

the charging my card multiple times for the room and the amounts don’t match what I should have been charged

Our room was big & cozy. King bed + sofa, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer... the bed was so comfy I didn't want to leave. Only planned to stay one night but ended up staying another night.

The toilet tank was loose, so its kind of wobbly.
