The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending in Granbury. The breakfast was awesome with an egg/sausage casserole, fresh fruit, roasted potatoes and baked from scratch cinnamon rolls! We couldn't have been happier with this place and will stay there again when we go back to Granbury Julie was very friendly and Len showed me how they make their cinnamon rolls.

Loved the location of the Inn - close enough to town square but far enough away to avoid any noise. Julie is wonderful and she makes you feel right at home. Our conversations seem like we’ve know each other for years. My wife & I love antiques and the Inn is a dream come true. Thank you!

The Iron Horse Inn was a lovely place to stay, and the home has been beautifully restored. The hosts were very friendly and helpful about things to do in the area. The location is great and just a 10 minute walk through a park to the downtown shops. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Everything about the stay was excellent except that there was a group of people staying there that were quite loud very late into the night one night, and the sound travelled throughout the house.

historical, awesome story behind the place. owners were awesome very helpful and gracious . we stayed in the cottage it was very comfortable and quiet. close to town and park.

A stunning home with great history and charm. Looks beautiful and is clearly managed with pride. Very comfortable bed and a delicious, freshly cooked breakfast. Julie was a great host and nothing was too much trouble.

Beautiful historic home built in 1907, floor plan the same with modern updates with bathrooms, electrical and technically. The proprietors are friendly and warm with amenities like water, cookies, coffee available anytime. The breakfast was most delicious with quiche, breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit with yogurt snd granola and cranberry muffins. Also coffee, hot tea and water. Very filling. Plus the long dinner table for the guests made it easy for guests to interact-met another lovely couple with whom we found out had common connections. Beautiful front porch on which to sit and the property is large and strategically located near a walking trail that takes you downtown for a great walking tour of historic Granbury. You will not be disappointed, and will definitely enjoy your stay.

Our host was simply amazing! so personable and accommodating. we loved her sharing the history of the home with us.

The hosts are very welcoming and make every effort to ensure you enjoy your stay. They do all the small things like providing wine ( and a little something sweet ) in the evenings, to having fresh water in nice glass bottles readily available, to the delicious breakfasts in the mornings and on and on.
