The staff was very apologetic and sympathetic regarding my concerns, and the breakfast was great.

When I booked the room, I was not told that the rooms at the hotel were going through a renovation. The carpet had been removed, so the floor was cold, hard cement. There was heavy dust and dirt all over the baseboards of the furniture that was left from the removal of the carpet. The beds did not have a full blanket. Only two sheets, two pillows, and a small, thin blanket that only covered your feet. The bathtub was dirty and needed to be replaced. It looked like someone attempted to repaint glaze over it and missed several spots.

we have been staying here ALOT waiting for my apartment to be ready . I have nothing bad to say but last stay I noticed a change in a staff member maybe because I had to be honest . Would still like to stay and used to staying in very clean areas and being around very professional staff . Well staff was great had one issue with a manager I spoke to but never saw because when HE HIMSELF told me on the phone to come back and book at a special discount due to specific reasons and TOLD me on the phone he had noted the reason for stay and discount, he was not there and lied about the notation. As far as the other staff they were so kind and helpful. We ended up staying somewhere we did not really want to stay but what was in our budget due to this inconvenience which was in NO WAY OUR FAULT .

One manager gave false information and was not there and did not notate what he told us . Very discount because this was the place we chose to stay a lot MANY times due to staff being very courteous and close to all our areas needed to be around .

Hotel was well priced and in a good location. The rooms were clean except for the carpet had stains. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Many outlets in the room were great for plugging in phones and laptops.

The carpet was stained in the room as well as the hallways. The 2nd floor area smelled bad, because of trash cans that were full in the common area. The room was too dimly lit.

I received good service from the manager and my room was perfect. I felt safe and comfortable. I had everything I needed for a perfect night.

Only 1 thing concern me, as I was returning my keys I stood there and a young person came from the back, I explained I was checking out and he said ok, took my key and left. I got the feeling I was disturbing him. I hope he is having a better day.

Everything else was great. Staff was amazing and very understanding, especially about needing a late check out. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. No breakfast because of covid but there is a IHOP next door that you get a precentage off when dining in and showing you're staying at the hotel. This is the second time staying, this is my go to hotel choice when staying in Grand Prarie. Highly recommend.

Could use a little more lighting in the rooms and extra amenities like maybe a second roll of toilet paper, just little things that weren't a big deal but could have been useful.

Greeted by very friendly staff as soon as I got there. Didn't have to wait long at all to check in. The room was clean and cool. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

They don't have comforters/blankets to cover with. There were only sheets. Other than that, it was great!

The free breakfast was great! I loved that they also had a fitness center and the location was good also. Close by popular food chains and gas stations and popular attractions. Miss "Moon" at the front desk was awesome! Best service ever!

Minor items didn't always work. The TV, ice machine, no vending machine with snacks, and the toilet flushes so slow and you have to hold the lever down until it finished.

From check-in to check-out, this place was amazing. The staff were all outstanding and the service they provided was even better than that. My family were all treated with respect. Not something you find anymore, but the staff as well as other guests were all polite and considerate. I definitely will recommend staying here. Wish I found this place sooner.

The keys needed replacing often, but I kept putting it in my pocket with my phone so it was my fault. Other than that, everything was just as I would have wanted. No complaints.

My second room on 3rd floor was heaven. I heard 4th floor is the best also What a difference!

1st room. Bad carpet, airconditioner made me feel clamy. It wasn't dehumidifiying. Little bug in bathroom made me worry.

I had to change rooms because room 304 had cigarettes smell. I then got 329. A little better. Customer service was great. Thank you
