While each of the staff was good in his or her own respect, Adnan Amhal is stellar. He is a thoroughly fine man, extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. For example, Mai Liis, with whom I always travel, needed a shower stool due to foot surgery. Amhal didn't rest until she was well taken care of and had everything she needed. His concern was genuine, that of a caring, good person, not just someone efficiently carrying out good customer service. He would receive my highest rating on any hotel satisfaction questionnaire,

We were staying at the Spark because of an early morning flight from DFW. The location was excellent.

Location is great centrally located in Arlington between Dallas and Fort Worth near Cowboy Stadium, Medal of Honor-Hall of Fame, Texas Ranger Stadium and Airport. Completely renovated the only thing they did not replace was the bathtub which is large and accommadating. Rooms are fresh and clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Staff was helpful, kind and made you feel like you mattered. Surroundings of hotel had not been completely updated, plenty of parking, a fence around the property would be a great improvement. Access to I-Hop located near the property was nice ammenity.

The staff was very apologetic and sympathetic regarding my concerns, and the breakfast was great.

When I booked the room, I was not told that the rooms at the hotel were going through a renovation. The carpet had been removed, so the floor was cold, hard cement. There was heavy dust and dirt all over the baseboards of the furniture that was left from the removal of the carpet. The beds did not have a full blanket. Only two sheets, two pillows, and a small, thin blanket that only covered your feet. The bathtub was dirty and needed to be replaced. It looked like someone attempted to repaint glaze over it and missed several spots.

Location for my interview. I liked the breakfast, my room was clean and quiet… everything was good. And then the front desk guy (I think his name is adnane or amhal) was amazing, always smiling, he helped me with an emergency situation for my interview and printed out some forms for me: super grateful of him!

The shower needs to be renovated

we have been staying here ALOT waiting for my apartment to be ready . I have nothing bad to say but last stay I noticed a change in a staff member maybe because I had to be honest . Would still like to stay and used to staying in very clean areas and being around very professional staff . Well staff was great had one issue with a manager I spoke to but never saw because when HE HIMSELF told me on the phone to come back and book at a special discount due to specific reasons and TOLD me on the phone he had noted the reason for stay and discount, he was not there and lied about the notation. As far as the other staff they were so kind and helpful. We ended up staying somewhere we did not really want to stay but what was in our budget due to this inconvenience which was in NO WAY OUR FAULT .

One manager gave false information and was not there and did not notate what he told us . Very discount because this was the place we chose to stay a lot MANY times due to staff being very courteous and close to all our areas needed to be around .

Staff was friendly and courteous. The little detail of the tv that read “welcome Erika” and a little sticker left by the closet that read “puro 956” with a smily face. That really made my evening being that i do come from the RGV.

The availability of food for breakfast and cleanliness of the food stations and elevator entry way.

Hotel was well priced and in a good location. The rooms were clean except for the carpet had stains. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Many outlets in the room were great for plugging in phones and laptops.

The carpet was stained in the room as well as the hallways. The 2nd floor area smelled bad, because of trash cans that were full in the common area. The room was too dimly lit.

I received good service from the manager and my room was perfect. I felt safe and comfortable. I had everything I needed for a perfect night.

Only 1 thing concern me, as I was returning my keys I stood there and a young person came from the back, I explained I was checking out and he said ok, took my key and left. I got the feeling I was disturbing him. I hope he is having a better day.

I have yet to get my deposit back. I have been waiting patiently for it to be put into my account. I have asked staff about it and they tell me just to wait it will be in my account. It's been atleast a month or more.
