It was new and very clean. The staff was super,....friendly and helpful! 😀

Everything was fine...it would be great when warm enough to use the lovely pool area outside. The coffee in room was terrible, but at breakfast it was great with flavored creamers. The breakfast was disappointing because, although it was hot and plentiful, it was colorless and tasteless with no real choices. it was served for the upmost cleanliness which I appreciated during Covid, but I think they could provide cereal, toast and fruit that would be more healthy and appetizing and please more people. ( otherwise it was too expensive when the breakfast one pays for is not good).

The bed was very comfortable, and, in all appearances, the room looked clean and fully stocked. The parking lot and lobby showed care and was well-lit. The guest ambassador was very nice and friendly (and a lil funny) which was nice after a 1400 mile drive across the country. There was a place to park the moving truck, which was confirmed available before booking the room.

The elevator was out of service. I arranged to book the neighboring hotel but the concierge quickly found a first floor room, for our stay. The bathroom door banged on the shower door. Not necessarily a design flaw but nothing was set up to keep it from happening, since it banged with the most gentlest of handling.

Nice breakfast; clean facilities.

I require a handicap room and although the room was very nice, it was on the third floor. There is only one elevator serving the entire four floors of the building and in the morning it is in high demand so you have to wait a long time to catch an elevator. If there were ever a fire or an emergency, a handicapped person could not get out of the upper floors.

thin walls as you can hear all kinds of conversations and noise in the hallway and if the person next door is sensitive to sound or noise, the sound of the TV may be bothersome. I was doing some paperwork with the tv on at a very low volume and my next door neighbor started banging my wall.

Breakfast, not too far away from Lovejoy High School for sporting event. Front desk staff very helpful and nice. We were able to check in earlier than regular 3 pm check in.

Should have waited and requested room on upper.floor to avoid noises above us and in.the exercise room across from our room. Bathroom door kept falling back into the shower door.

It was a good place to stay, clean and fairly well taken care of.

The elevator was a slight challenge. It was out of service for about 24 hours. The door at the bottom of the stairwell leaked pretty bad when it rained as well.

Everything was awesome.. But that one person up front wish i knew her name.. she purposely said that our card declined and my wife had to call the bank and confirmed that she didn't even run it I have a feeling that it had something to do with me being a black male and having Hispanic wife the vibe change soon as we walked through the door and she kind of treated us as if our money was not as good as anyone else's other then that and having to wait to get into our room after a long drive and having to have the bank on the phone while she ran the card remind you the bank said she never ending in the first place when she told us that it declined there was no transaction so what did they call on the phone the card miraculously worked that was uncalled for and a little ugly on her part. Anyway... Great place

I everything is up for the lady up front the food the accommodations the bad the cleanliness elevator up to the room all of it was excellent in nice even with it being a Pet Motel as well I was very pleased and it was very comfortable

The location of the hotel is perfect, and we enjoyed the breakfast, pool and room. Service was awesome and staff answered any questions we had. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Mostly because I visit this place very often and the price is quite high and the other thing is that of the stays that I have only been once they have given me a room that contains a bed and a very comfortable sofa to relax, a spacious and comfortable room and of which I would like to have the same one again.

The breakfast was very good. The selection was good. The location was very close to our room

It was a good thing we stayed during the week because the noiseassociated with the pool (running, screaming children etc.) was bad
