Very convenient for anyone transiting through Houston Hobby Airport. The hotel offers ample amount of free parking. The hotel itself is very clean and quite well maintained. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and professional. They also serve a good cook to order breakfast. There is also quite a good selection of food available to choose from. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The rooms have a microwave, fridge and a coffee maker. The beds are very comfortable. Overall good hotel to stay.

The only downside to this hotel is that the walls are very thin. You can hear the people in the next room. If you have connecting rooms, you can hear the people in the other room very clearly. Some maintenance is also required in the rooms. I notice that some tiles are coming off from the wall.

Close to the airport. Since I’m handicapped I requested in writing a step to get into their shuttle as well as verifying that there would be a step for the shuttle & was told yes they had it in the shuttle but they didn’t have it. The shuttle driver was great & the manager did come in her vehicle to pick me up giving the excuse that they had loaned out the step. Unfortunately we will probably stay at another hotel next time due to this problem two years in a row. I understand that people that are not handicapped doesn’t realize what a problem this can be. I do respect the shuttle driver for remedying the situation.

Confirming twice a shuttle bus step. Not having a step to get into their shuttle when told they do provide this step for handicapped people.

We did not eat the breakfast, which is an added expense, so I cannot comment on that. The airport shuttle services are excellent. We had less than a 10 minute wait at the airport and no wait on the return trip from the hotel. All the staff were very nice and helpful. They have an on-site restaurant with a limited menu. The food was acceptable and the convenience was appreciated.

There were a few minor inconveniences in the room: the Kuerig coffee pot did not heat water, the shower gel was empty and the shower head was pointed straight down and could not be moved.

Very friendly and welcoming staff! Beautiful property and amazing views of the airport!

I believe the shower may have had a mold problem or something because my partner and I began sneezing like crazy and our eyes would begin to burn the moment we would use the shower but anything else, we were normal.

The Hilton Garden Inn saved us when we, along with many people, had our flights canceled. We were part of a large influx of people making reservations at 9:00 pm +. The staff went above and beyond, with many people coming in on their days off to help get more rooms ready, etc. Thank you for providing us a place to stay when we needed it! Geraldina in the restaurant was AMAZING as all of us tired, hungry, stressed passengers came in at the last minute begging for food (and beverages!). The pool, fitness center, rooms, and shuttle services are great. Excellent hotel.

Only small things! #1 neither the safe nor the desk lamp in our room worked properly. #2 there is something on the wall that flashes a bright green light all night. Other than that, everything was great!

Flight cancelled by United. Houston was my layover. Called hotel at midnight, came in exhausted with 2 children. They listened to my airport drama that night AND the next morning. Friendly staff who helped us in a tough situation.

Shuttle to IAH would have been great but this airport is by Hobby airport.

Liked we could come in and have a meal..

I didn't like when it was time for breakfast lady at the corner was rude. Got upset when my niece asked is she getting their food or does she need to get her own food. Lady with attitude rolled her eyes saying oo I forgot. As a manager, I try to have employees ok, but when they are rude to customers is something else.

Very clean hotel in a great location next to the airport. Free 24 hour shuttle and food and bar service. We were stranded after a cancelled flight and they were very warm and welcoming. Great lounge areas and the hotel was spotless.

We have stayed here twice. My son travels down from NY and we pick him up. The accommodations are excellent. The rooms are clean.

The soap is now in pump handles on the wall. My husband is in a W/C and could not reach them. This does not work well with someone disabled

Pool was great would've enjoyed being able to get in spa and pool but spa was nasty. Once at the hotel the person working that evening at the desk was exceptionally pleasant

Could not make a reservation on the phone with the hotel. The spa was filthy.
