Great facilities including well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Be aware that despite Booking.com's claim that parking is free, there is actually an $8 charge per night. When we complained, the hotel said they'd tried to get Booking to change the listing for the past two years, but it still incorrectly advertises free parking.

The property and staff were fantastic ! The breakfast was fantastic!

I arrived on a Saturday a bit early and was given a room. The hotel manager saw I had a pup with me and didn't tell me anything until the next day and charged me 150.00$ for the pup. She even stated I saw you with your pup the day you arrived and wanted to say something, but she didn't. She should had told me that same day ! And how much the charge was versus waiting until the next day. I honestly would had cancelled the reservation that same day versus having her charge me an extra 150 to the hotel bill. That was unacceptable and requests a refund for that. I understand some hotels charge a fee but 150 is insane. I never agreed to that fee and I will take this up with my bank and booking.com as well.

I got much needed sleep since the hotel was so quiet. Housekeeping didn't knock on the door early mornings which was good so I was abled to sleep in.

When booking it says parking is free but when I arrived at the property it was $8/night.

Place was very clean and had kitchen amenities I didn't expect. I always stay with a different hotel chain, and this is the first time I use Townplace and it has far exceeded my expectations. The waffle they have in the breakfast is delicious and quite different than all the places I've been to. It has some kind of a home-made taste to it.

I feel suffocated when everything is closed and gets headaches when I can't open a small opening in the window for air to flow in and out. Windows were sealed shut. It would have been nice if it allows at least an inch or 2 and place the stopper there to prevent the window from fully opening if safety is the issue. We had to open the door a crack while we sleep so we can get ventilation which is a safety issue in itself but at least there was a door stopper. For most this won't probably be an issue but to me it is and thus took 1 point out of the score.

My main things I look for in a hotel stay is, breakfast, pool, and the bed. This hotel checked all my boxes! They had a good selection for breakfast, the pool temp was very warm outside, and the bed was a bit stiffer than my choice of comfort but not to where it gave me back pain. The walk in shower in the room was very nice and the kitchenette was a plus and super convenient! The interior design of the room/furniture was very nice as well.

Only thing that could've been better is the bed mattress to be less firm. Most people have back problems,like myself, and the bed to sleep on is of importance.

That they started charging you to park your car in the parking lot ??? $8.00 wow come on why are you charging for parking no one could tell me why, we are staying at your hotel it’s your responsibility not the guest, we pick our hotels not only for good hotels but price as well and then your hit with parking fees.

The property was great! Rooms were clean, super nice and tidy, overall great experience. Breakfast was pretty good.

I made the mistake of booking a suite. All their suites are on the 1st floor… unfortunately means that all night long you will hear the traffic from the freeway. The noise kept me up all night long.
