The staff was super nice…always said Good morning if I saw them.

Rules say No Smoking and No Pets. we could clearly smell cigarette smoke (fresh…someone WAS smoking and I heard a damn dog barking what seemed like right next door! I went into the hall and saw an employee and she too heard the dog barking.

I like the property had a little mall walking distance near by to eat meals.

The only thing I didn’t particularly like was at breakfast, the sausage links available was the worst and cheapest. I found everything else to be fine.

Breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the room except the Wi Fi kept going out and my first night there the TV didn't work. The next morning I told the guy at the desk and he fixed it for me. I was in town to spend time with my granddaughter and my great granddaughters and you were located 5 minutes or less from their house.

I read your sign that you posted about putting your garbage and used towels outside your door and they would be replenished. So I did this Saturday morning but they did not leave me any towels or washrags. If I had not been leaving Sunday morning I would have had to go ask for them.

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff (excluding the cleaning crew at this location) are always pleasant. It's always clean, comfortable and welcoming.

The cleaning crew. They stood around talking and waiting so you felt you had to rush and eat. They also fail to realize that the people they assume don't speak Spanish, actually does. They should watch the things they say and laugh at about others. The other thing is the bathroom amenities could be a little better quality. This was a very last minute, emergency trip and I wasn't prepared as I usually pack personal items. These items were just not par items for bathing and washing.

The facility was very clean and the housekeeping was very polite and helpful. They didn't mind giving us extra towels upon request and always asked if we were doing OK or needed anything when they saw us. The lady preparing the breakfast was also very nice and made sure she had plenty of breakfast out for everyone.

You could really hear the traffic from our window and atleast once an hour the ambulance or fire department was dispatched at all hours of the night and day but that's of course out of their control. We didn't mind it too much but someone else might not like the noise. We stayed 4 nights and the pool wasn't cleaned until our last day there so our kids weren't able to go swimming.

Ticked all the boxes of a Radisson but in need of a facelift Shower: not very hot and not a lot of water pressure.

Close to the locations that we wanted to visit in Houston.

The breakfast options were not the best. My husband is a Type 2 Diabetic and the lack of daily protein (eggs, bacon and/or sausage) options was not good for his blood sugar levels.

The price is affordable. Staff is friendly. Facilities are clean and well kept. Breakfast was good. The elevator works. Some hotels I’ve stayed in during the last year have been disappointing in this area. This hotel scored perfect in every area except the pool. I stayed here during Spring Break. It was also a very good stay.

The swimming pool looked pretty but the water was off-color. A sign on the door stated that the pool was closed due to bad water. I wish that I had known before I booked two rooms for three nights traveling with grandkids.

This was a nice property with friendly staff. The room was clean and comfy. But there was a musty smell when you first walked into the room. it wasn’t overpowering or offensive and after a few minutes we barely noticed the smell. the pool was relaxing. clean. we’ll kept.

We love breakfast. We were very happy with the service and food, we will definitely stop there again to visit when we travel to Houston texas next time, awesome most happy experience., thank you all for making this experience memorable.
