The property was clean and modern. The onsite Starbucks was very nice. There are very nice areas within the hotel where you can eat or hangout. Lots of TV for your individual use and a very comfortable setting.

The pool was open but not very clean, the hot tub was very dirty and not open for guests. The onsite gym/workout room needs equipment and the elevator was hot and stuffy.

Older facility and it showed a little with the elevators and such but I really liked the modern styling in the renovation. The extended King room with the couch was very comfy. Nice styled room with desk, fridge, microwave and lots of USB ports and outlets all over the room. Nice touch with the large adjustable flat screen TV on the wall that you can turn it at any angle. Really great staff too! 😊

The only thing I didn't like was that the coffee in the room wasn't stocked. All they had was decaf ☹️

The bed was extremely soft. The room was clean. I also loved the setup of the room.

The staff were quite rude. There was specifically a black male with long dreads that I kept asking for him to run my first name for my reservation and he was extremely rude telling me last names only. I slept in my car for an hour and went back to a nice lady who ran my first name and found that the reservation had been booked at the time I came. The Starbucks bistro was extremely overpriced. That was upsetting because the app said breakfast was included. There was also no soap in the shower.

The location was central to every attraction my wife and I were trying to go to. Very close to Galleria Mall, Benihana's, Kroger, etc.

Had a small issue but talked to the manager Austin and he made everything right. Definitely will be back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! There was great parking. The rooms were clean, the hotel was spotless, and all the staff from the receptionist to janitors were kind! I felt comfortable overall with my stay!

My visit was terrific! I’m just mad that I had to leave so soon! I wish I could have stayed longer.

the bath tub was the most uncomfortable tub to take a bath in. the back of the tub was straight up and down and hurt your back when taking a bath.

We liked set up of the room. Staff real nice, especially lady at desk. We liked secure parking.

Our room appeared to not have been vacuumed. They did not have free breakfast with room rental. That is all we didn't like.

The fact that they give limited towels with no true house cleaning for 4 days. Breakfast was not included for free, but the description said included as if it was free.

First off the pricing you can't beat. I liked the location. There's so many places to eat as well as a grocery store in walking distance. The area was very quiet. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and pillows weren't worthless like most hotels lol. It's gated as well not that it means nothing will happen but it is a nice addition for extra security. Oh and there's a Starbucks inside !!

There was nothing to not like. Everything was nice and simple. Just right.
