Very spacious. The only bad thing was the smell in the room. It’s a mildew smell like the carpets were wet recently .. Housekeeping came after a week of stay and sprayed something that made the smell go away for a day but I had to keep spray on hand. Also they unplugged all washers and dryers for a reason beyond me. Other than that nice stay .

The room and bathroom was pretty clean. The location seemed to be in its own area which was quiet. The bed was comfortable and clean. They do provide with appliances for the kitchen and the fridge is at a pretty good temperature. The Houston city is only about 10 minutes away.

I didn’t like the hallway to much because it had a little bit of an animal smell. They are renovating but that shouldn’t be a problem. The staff was pretty nice other than some attitudes but I could tell they were having a rouge day.

LOVED THE EMPLOYEES AT THE FRONT DESK THEY WERW ALL SO KIND AN HELPFULL ALL THE TIME AN ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAD. ALSO I LEFT BEHIND MY APPLE WATCH AND THE STAFF WAS SO KIND TO RETURN IT TO ME AND THAT WAS A BLESSING. SO THANK YOU GUYS SOOO SOOO MUCH!

I've come to enjoy staying at Sonesta Suites. It's affordable and I'm able to cook in the room without having to spend tons of money on take out. Overall, I'm never disappointed ❤️❤️❤️

The incompletion of the premises kinda threw me off a little. The presentation could have been a little better.

everything was lovely the place was nice i would recommend anyone in the Houston area should try it out they have outside night security in the parking lot. they also have games and other objects to check-out and a little snack store at the front desk. and I loved the coffee station

i do not have anything to complain about the hotel was nice and clean with a great price attached.. i didnt like that the little store was behind the counter because if the desk host is gone away you get anything nor checkout anything i think this needs a better system other then that everything was good

Honestly, everything was great! I came to Sonesta after a horrible stay at Inn Town Suites in Webster Tx. So to embrace such an inviting, clean, professional and calm atmosphere was very pleasing! Great attentive staff! Thank you

I absolutely loved my stay at Sonesta. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely designed. The staff was also very sweet and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure you were comfortable as a guest. I was beyond satisfied with my experience there.

Very, very poor water pressure. Recurring issue during my stay, seems to be an issue throughout the building.
