The property looked very clean. I liked the "market" area at the entry. It had a lot of choices. I did not buy anything but would have if I had known of the options ahead of the stay. The room was clean. On my way out of the hotel, the housekeeping staff (one lady) was cleaning the room next to mine. She greeted me, smiled and said to have a great day and a nice Thanksgiving. Her greeting was so pleasant and inviting on a rainy, dreary day. I did not catch her name, but her warm greeting made a difference in my stay. She was cleaning room 217 on 11/19/22 at 11:00 a.m.

I would have preferred a slightly more comfortable bed. It wasn't terrible, but the only thing I would improve for the room itself.

Happy hour was very nice. I love the view of the reservoir area with so much lush greenery. Pet friendly is always a plus for those of us who travel with our furry family members.

My only complaint was that the fan on the AC sometimes (1:00 am) made loud noises and had to be shut off. They offered to move us but at 1:00 am I preferred just to shut it off.

This location is nice because is away from the city but CLOSE enough if you want to go to Houston City Centre. The hotel is being renovated and our room pretty much looks like a new room. Our room has a coffee maker, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. Funny but true, every time I used the microwave my TV shut off and I had to call the operator to have someone reset it for me.

Just the fact when I used the microwave the TV died and I had to call someone to reset so I do not want to use the microwave since I had to inconvenient people. I think due to COVID, you do not get your room service every day; it seems to me almost every hotel has certain days for each floor of the hotel.

Bar was closed in lobby however front desk was very helpful and suggested purchasing margaritas that they had available in bottle in their beverage refrigerator that available for sale for guests. They ere very good!

It was a hot weekend in Houston air conditioning in room could of been cooler howeve all and all our stay was great!

The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and fresh, the hotel had crews completing a remodel

Hotel was advertised as having a hot tub/jacuzzi on websites and in the book in the room, but must have recently been closed and filled in. This was very disappointing as my daughter and myself both have back issues and sitting in a hot tub after a long trip and then long days at md Anderson is relaxing and helps us sleep. Recommend removing the hot tub from your hotel description.

Very clean and the staff was very nice There was a nice restaurant at the end of the street if you needed food in a crunch.

I changed my reservation to add a day on the Booking.com app, the hotel didn’t have such a change in my reservation but they made it work. Breakfast wasn’t very plentiful but it was there which was nice.

We liked the location is a easy access from the interstate and close to many places of interest.

The hotel was nice and really clean ,the staff real friendly ,we asked for more towels and that got them for us right away, if we ever have to go back definitely will stay in this hotel again.

The sir at the front desk was very charming, helpful, and competent. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much so we decided to stay a few extra nights. It is a very clean and comfy hotel. Good location. A very good value for the money.

If breakfast would have been included, that would have been a plus.

The bed was comfortable.. The room was spacious. Hotel provided plenty of towels and complimentary purified bottled water.

Very Nice lobby, nice bar and very clean atmosphere. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is weirdly placed, even with GPS its easy to miss your turn off the freeway and it is essentially surrounded by the backlot of car dealer.
