The housekeeping was provided every other day and the room was clean, considering the price, the hotel offers a buffet breakfast which makes the stay enjoyable.

The gym facility does not have proper ventilation and some of the facilities are not working, like the treadmill.

Breakfast was better than the usual fare at hotels and there was some variety from day to day. Coffee was always hot (that's been a problem at other hotels.) Staff was very accommodating.

Cleaning the room every other day. I suppose I am not environmentally friendly, but I like fresh towels daily. However, they did bring them when asked.

While it's conveniently next to the I-10, it's super quiet. Lots of restaurants and shopping very close by and easy to access. Hotel staff are absolutely fantastic! There's a laundry room and the front desk keeps quarters to help you out.

The only 2 things I'd recommend is please put some WD40 on ALL the doors - they creak something awful. And increase the water pressure - the shower felt like I was chasing water drops to rinse off.

The front desk staff was wonderful! The room was spacious and felt very relaxing. I also appreciated that the parking lot had was gated and it had free parking. The breakfast was very yummy!

We found a few ants in our bed the morning after we slept in it. I love hot showers with great water pressure, and I defintely didn't get that here. Also, the in-room available wifi was not the best. You could pay to upgrade to a premium wifi, but I couldn't trust it knowing how bad the regular wifi was.

The hotel itself was nice. The room was clean & very comfortable. The staff was also nice and friendly when checking-in and checking out. It was a smooth & simple process.

My only problem was the smell. When I walked in the room there was a strong smell that appeared to be coming from the bathroom. It smelled like sewerage. When the bathroom door is closed, you can’t smell it so I kept the bathroom closed until I got ready to use the bathroom.

our stay at the hotel was due to Hurricane Beryl so after enduring days of heat and no electricity we could not take it anymore; you have an appreciation for cleanliness, a/c, and charging stations during an event like that

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and I was so thankful for the heating and cooling unit right there a available, how I could control it when needed and that it worked.

The staff could be more knowledgeable, they didn’t recognize that I had a reservation booked through a third party and questioned my reservation, but it was eventually sorted out. Also the toiled lid was broken, that should be fixed instead of hidden and covered up as if it wasn’t broken.

I’m 45 years old and have had many hotel stays. I did not expect to say this but this was one of my favorites. They say you get what you pay for but we had a better experience here than we did at the expensive hotel we stayed at just a few months ago. The staff was wonderful. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. The hotel has carpet which is usually ewww… but the carpet looked new. Actually the whole place must be new or remodeled. It all looked new. Walk in shower with glass doors, bed was super comfy, all white bedding which was soft and clean. Nice little gym. Pool looked nice too and it didn’t look closed yet. We were able to park on the side and use our room key to enter 24/7. Not a lot of traffic, no kids stomping on the floor above. Nice and quiet and in a good location right off of Katy Freeway with several restaurants that you can just walk over to if you want to have some drinks without driving.

The bottom corners of the shower need more attention.

The waffles were delicious and loved the option of having smaller waffles. The pool was also in a good location in relation to the sun also the curtains gave great sun coverage and even allowed the option of translucency.

Staff was friendly & took care of my issues. It is also pet friendly!

We had an issue with noise from room across the hall but I spoke to lovely girl at front desk & she moved us to another room.
