The breakfast was good...but they didn't have eggs but overall it was good

The property has a additional fee for incidentals which should have been paid when I booked and paid online. That was the first time staying at that particular place I have stayed at different locations never was charged a extra fee. It was refunded the next day but you have to pay the fee each day you stay which I did not like nor understand. I wanted to stay a additional night that was the deal breaker for me to be charged again when I was already charged the day before.

Breakfast has not changed a bit since we were in full-blown covid last year when I stayed here. The front desk staff is what makes this place. I also met a housekeeper who was very nice. Good water pressure and never ran out of hot water.

One day the housekeepers were playing music in the hall while they worked the entire floor. All of the rooms within probably 6 or so rooms would have been disturbed by their music. NOT professional and the first time I've ever come across that in any hotel. Someone tried to call me. They gave both my name and room number. I was there and the phone never rang. Internet became unreliable almost every evening between about 8-8:30. The pool is STILL closed.

It was quite compared to other stays at hotels. The hotel was near many of my favorite restaurants.

I would suggest getting the information changed on google, it still comes up in maps as the old hotel name. I had to call to make sure I was going to the right location. The bathroom light was like a strobe light before it came on. Then it would buzz like it was about to blow out. I would suggest not having the tv and fridge plugged into the same socket. When the fridge would cut off from running, the tv would blackout. The fridge maybe pulling too much juice and could be dangerous. The alarm went off in the middle of the night with the bad weather and there was no notification as to why or what that alarm was for.

Location to our Dr appointment. Staff very helpful with our needs and friendly - went out of their way to accommodate every need we had. Best hotel we stayed at in last 2 weeks. Felt safe with the security measures used.

No microwave in our room. No ice machine on our floor (3).

My stay at Comfort Inn & Suites were great. Dealing with Booking.com wasn't.

I don't like how Booking.com do business because now I have to wait for a refund, and the fact that they didn't have smoking rooms, and I paid cash for a soda and the lady at the front desk also charged my card for the same soda.

The staff are just impeccable. I think this was my first stay...I've been too many times since. I was healing from surgery and did handicap ....did NOT want to leave that room, standing shower bed that swallows u whole🥰 Last room I got was ughk but they're family now .. couldn't complain !

Cheaper . Always the goal 💪🏿 Breakfast sparse but had no appetite anyway. Go next door to PAPPYS for food. Addiction

The location of the hotel.

I had problems connecting to the Wi-Fi. There was no breakfast due to the hotel was being remodeled. On the website it stated free breakfast. And my second night staying my key card for my room was deactivated. The housekeeper came in my room while I was in there unannounced.

Staff friendly & accommodating. The location is good. Price reasonable.

First floor under construction but not mentioned when requested first floor. Coffee was the absolute worst I've ever had (in room & at breakfast).

Both rooms I booked were very clean, the staff of the hotel (especially the receptionist) was very friendly and helpful during check-in and accommodating as much as possible. The hotel online system/server went down during check-in and the receptionist was very efficient and friendly in helping alter the initial was to check in.

I had asked during my reservations to have both of my rooms nearby and my rooms were definitely not—one room on the 1st floor & the other on the 5th. I understand that the hotel was very busy & booked, however upon my arrival that should have been established.

I really appreciate the care that was given to my comfortability. The front desk was excellent and so was the staff. Everytime I need a place to get away this will be the place. I really really love those mirrors.

The only thing I did not like was that I did not have more time to spend there.
