I had requested an airport shuttle and was told that it would be there on the hour every hour. No shuttle ever showed up. I waited 1 1/2 hours. This was very disappointing.

Very nice room and staff.

I booked specifically for the airport shuttle. When I called before booking, I was told that it ran 24 hours a day but when I arrived, I learned that it started at 7am on weekends. I ended up having to pay $30 for an Uber. Please be more clear about your shuttle hours.

It was very clean and the breakfast was amazing! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The shuttle transportation was on time, clean and friendly. Would 10/10 recommend this hotel and stay here again!

The pool was closed (knew that ahead of time, but being from a northern state the temp was pool worthy) and our room key didn't work because the battery in the reader was dead and maintenance wasn't on site, staff were very accommodating though and let us into the room when we needed it.

The location was great overall cleanness and value was good

We were traveling from Miami on a night flight. I had send an email the day prior to the hotel letting them known that we were going to be there pass check inn hours because of our flight. But when we got there the doors were locked and the lady on the night shift was very bothered by the fact that she had to open the doors when we had already prepaid for our stay and deposit she look and sounded bothered by us we were tired had two kids and this was the last thing we expected from our check inn . Very unfortunate

The room was clean. The breakfast had a lot of options. The shower had nice water pressure. The staff was polite. The location is very close to the interstate.

It seems there was only one cart to bring in our things and it was occupied at check in and check out. Obviously that happens and it's a minimal complaint, but frustrating when you have a lot to carry. Multiple carts would have been nice. The service road leading to the hotel is terrible. It has gigantic holes exposing the rebar. (not necessarily the hotel's fault, but just fyi)

Continental breakfast and the location being close to the airport was the best part to me.

I didn’t like the fact that they gave away my room when I originally got there because they were “booked up” and started cancelling the reservations that people made online and picked “pay upon arrival”. Dealing with that right after my 5 hour plane ride was very upsetting but the man at the front desk was very helpful with getting it taken care of for me.

Location was easy to find and near relatives were we were visiting. Price and room size were reasonable and comfortable.

Could have used more coffee and extra sugar/creamer packs in the room for coffee drinkers. Extra blankets and towels for multiple nights reserved. Breakfast Could be extended begin at 2am - 2:30pm this would accommodate customers checking in late nights as well brunch hours for late risers as our case this weekend. But overall a great place to stay compared to other places we've used in the past.

The breakfast was good but need to have a microwave in place to reheat certain items. Overall it was very good and presentation is inviting. Staff were very hospitable and I especially like that the incidentals deposit was refunded expediently. By the time I was 5 miles down the road after checking out it was already credited back to my acct! Unlike a lot of other hotel chains, like Wyndham, Radisson took a week . Thanks Holiday Inn you rock🤩

The pool needed attention but we didn't have any attention on utilizing it , but I noticed it from my room window . Could've been debris from the bad weather a few days prior..

The room/bathroom was very clean. The lobby was also very clean. The breakfast was exactly what I was expecting based on other reviews.

I feel like the area surrounding the hotel was a little old/run down more than I was expecting, but not too bad though. Also, we kept smelling weed being smoked somewhere which wasn't supposed to be allowed.

I loved the breakfast just wish the pancake machine was working. Room was beautiful.

The room was not fully stocked there were no washcloths I had to go to the front desk and ask for some. I was given some but one of them had holes in them which was very unacceptable. If that wouldn't have happened I would have rated the highest because everything else was great.
