Great staff who were very helpful and professional. The facilities were well kept, might have been relatively new (it looked that good) and were very wel maintaned, The rooms were very quiet, spacious and comfortable, and had nice heavy curtains to ensure a dark room for sleeping. The lobby area was spacious with a large amount of comforttable seating, and well-lit for reading. The outside common area had a pool with normal pool furniture, an adjacent area with comfortable outside furniture, and a barbeque grill available for guest use also with tables and chairs. Altogether, a very comfortable place to stay. There was no restaurant on site, but it did have a very good breakfast. Ther was a very good restaurant/bar at an adjacent facility. There was ample parking. It was very very conveniently located within a few miles of IAH, but there was no issue with airport noise while we were there.

The hotel is hardly seen, specially at night; it does not have a proper entrance and visible name. It looks like a back exit. There is no restaurant available nor are there any walking distance restaurants. The person on the front desk recommended Uber Eats and it turned out that they don’t deliver to the hotel, I got my orders cancelled, reassigned and cancelled again. Breakfast is limited to eggs and sausage, bagels, muffins and yoghurt.

good sized rooms, friendly staff, quiet location but close to the airport. nice breakfast. staff helped us secure a late check out so we didn’t end up spending a vast amount of time at the airport. would come back

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was fresh and comfortable. They had a free shuttle service to the airport.

The air conditioner was cold and on full blast. I placed a towel over and that was enough to be comfortable. The bathtub did not have a working plug so I could not have a bath.

We enjoyed the room facilities and the size of the room, allowed us to relax before our flight.

The breakfast was, for us, a little disappointing with no bread available for toasting.

Housekeeping was exceptionally good humored. Loved the walking trail in the neighborhood. Conveniently located not far from the airport. Good breakfast.

The thermostat in our room was a little wonky- couldn’t adjust it very well for our comfort.

The staff was super friendly!! Everybody smiled and was very polite. The atmosphere was quite and very peaceful..kinda gives you a spa like feeling. Loved the fitness area and the pool area

No restaurants that are walkable.

We have been stocked in Houston for one night and TownePlace Suites appeared to be a very good option for a short stay near the airport. Everything was very good in the hotel: clean, comfortable, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, good price/quality value. I recommend this place for a stay.

Front desk young man was very kind and helpful, I think his name was Alex....he was fluent in Spanish

The pool area was small but lovely, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

A 15 minute walk to the nearest convenience store.
