Quiet, comfortable + nearby IAH airport. The, perfect overnight stay after a long flight.

I know this place since 2016. This year, the coffee served for breakfast was not hot but "handwarm". Furst time I thought it was because not freshly brewed. But then it literraly hit me: Sure it is because there were too many idiots in the US who like to sue anyone over "too hot" coffee. Sad, so sad Maybe you should serve 2 variations against written agreement: hot and warm?😁

I read reviews about the shuttle being wonky on arrival and opted for a taxi, I’m not sure that was the best idea… it cost me $20 and the driver was rude and mad that I wasn’t going further, pretty sure he ripped me off! Check in was easy and the ladies were very friendly, the restaurant was nice and the bartender made good drinks. The room is a nice size as well as the bathroom. I am in absolute love with the pillows, I took a picture of the tag to get some at home. The bed was also very comfortable, not too soft/not too hard. The shuttle for the return to the airport was prompt and he was also incredibly friendly, and all in all it suited my needs perfectly for an overnight stay in Houston.

The only thing I can think of is my security label for cleanliness (COVID related) was broken and I impressions on two of my pillows that looked like a head print. I just didn’t sleep on that side and checked the sheets, they seemed very clean to me.

very friendly and helpful staff at front desk! Can leave car on property while away from hotel. stayed at hotel before trip and upon returning, so two nights. win win situation.

would appreciate having free coffee available in lobby to take to room before having breakfast. were able to get coffee to go from on site dining room, but when the staff is busy, there is no way to grab a go cup of coffee.

Other than the 2 statements above, everything else with my stay was good! Location was convenient! Room was prepared well.

Was charged price for 1day stay out of a 3 day booking as soon as I Checked in just a little while before 3pm. So Receptionist (Kam) had to modify my trip, had to checkout a day earlier than what was originally booked. Luckily I had a family friend who lived in Rosenberg to stay with for my last day of my trip. Oh and the Key Reader for the room I was in had issues reading the key at times. I thought my keys kept demagitizing but they were never near any device/electronic to demagnitize. So came to realize that it had to be the key Reader.

Our flight was changed and we needed a place to stay last minute. The booking was easy and the hotel transportation was great. They were on time and very friendly.

The bed was a little harder than we like but that is nothing against the hotel. Everything was good. The pillows were very soft as nice.

The bed was so comfortable and I like that there was a tub in the bathroom! The reception gal Andrea was amazing!

Well I noticed there were a few ant in my room, coming from under the table lamp and then at least 5 on the coffee stuff, like the cream and sugars.. I don't drink coffee, and thought I might have some in the morning. That turned me off and I did not make any coffee. I also asked for a wake up call for 4:55 and thank gosh I set my alarm as no one showed up to wake me!

Food good, not much to choose from, but what they had was very good! Nice restaurant personnel. Security driving around parking.

Took 2 hours to get towels, bad area, room old needs updated. No microwave. Dog barking, and noise like a buzz every 2 minutes. The service staff seemed to be very busy. When I asked for room coffee bar stuff, front desk told them to just bring coffee. Like they didn't care. No cups, No cream sugar stir sticks....

The staff were amazing. After many travel delays we arrived at 3am and were greeted by 2 lovely staff members who fixed up.our booking in minutes. Lovely amenities also.

There was room downstairs in the lobby to play.

There was room service for only 1 day and not the rest of my stay.
