The facility was very clean and the staff was very kind and accommodating. We had to relocate here in the middle of the night and were very lucky to find this place. The room was more than enough space for 2 adults and 3 children. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. We were all very happy.

The only thing I can think of is having to pay to park, although, the machine was having issues so we were let through without having to pay. The idea of having to pay at a hotel that you’re already paying for seemed strange, but this is me trying to find something as a con. This place was seriously great. I will definitely be using this hotel again.

Loved my stay, the staff was really nice and I loved that “private” feeling, they had people at the entrance gate and only 2 entrances which after a certain hour you needed a key card to enter. The ONLY thing that was kind of a bummer was our bathroom, it was a bit small nothing to uncomfortable BUT the water pooled at the bottom of the tub 😬 They didn’t have a curfew on the pool so another plus. And the breakfast was from 7-10 (most hotels wrap it up sooner) Parking is free if you have your key card other than that its $7 I believe which is not bad. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very spacious :)

When showering, the water at the tub wouldn’t drain fast enough. It was just pooling there, honestly it did feel very unhygienic since you’re washing off your dirt you know but if they fixed that issue it would be a solid 10 for me .

The breakfast was the greatest value. The staff there were also the best part. They really made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and the amenities were good. Our location was quiet. I liked the separation of the room and how it was laid out. I also liked the shampoo/bath soaps installed in the shower. Pleased with gated entrance. Very reasonable price. We would stay again.

The online photos made the facilities look really polished. I expected it to look newer, but it really didn't look bad at all. It was very clean. My suggestion, if asked, would be to change our the fabric couches for a leather type to look cleaner. More TV channels. I didn't trust logging in on open wi-fi for streaming and I was unsure if that was additional cost. Too tired to ask and we were not there for sitting in front of a TV anyway. :)

Breakfast was excellent. Room was great... for the most part. I felt my family and I were safe with entrance/exit gate and guard.

I was not impressed by the fact that the A/C was located in the bedroom portion of the room, while the living/dining (entry) area of the room had nothing but a ceiling fan... it got pretty hot at times during the night. The "sofa bed" offered was not comfortable. It was my understanding that it was a full-size sofa bed, but it was twin size, and the mattress was very thin. Sleeping on top of the sofa itself got a bit uncomfortable, also, as the mid portion where the two cushions meet would align with the hip/buttocks area, which offered little to no support and was uncomfortable.

Really close to NRG Stadium. Took us about 12 mins to walk there. The rooms were great. Super cold AC which is always a good thing. They have access gates for the parking lot which is really nice. Definitely coming back.

My only complaint would be the breakfast. Not much of a selection. Some sausage patties and they had packaged waffles that u could put in a toaster. But a waffle/pancake maker would definitely make a difference. Not a deal breaker though. Will definitely come back.

The breakfast was awesome lots of choices the menu was really good they had a nice variety on the menu

The toilet flush very slow and came up kind of high I thought it was going to overrun but it didn't and when I returned from the event my card didn't work that was a little embarrassing I couldn't get in the gate I had excellent let me in and then go to the desk to get my card reactivated

The room was spacious and comfy!! We were suprise by the space in the room. Also it was really clean including the bathroom. Well like they always say "Everything is big in Texas"

Honestly, it exceeds my expectations. I don't think there's anything I did not like. How I wish I could have stayed for a longer period of time.

It was really clean,rooms as well and very comfortable and spacious and staff was friendly also. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. They provide really good breakfast as well my family loved it.I really recommend this hotel.

There was nothing that I didn’t like everything was perfect for my family.

The suite was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Walking distance to NRG so that was good.

The TV had DISH which prevented us from watching any college/NFL games as apparently DISH cancelled their partnerships with many channels on the hotel’s TV. Maybe a one time thing but was incredibly annoying.

The breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were comfy and spacious. The staff was super friendly. They have a shuttle that takes people in a 2 mile radius of the hotel for free.

The AC wasn't as cold as I like but it was not uncomfortable. I didn't know there was a parking fee but it was reasonable.
