Hotel was very nice. Excellent location. The beds were comfortable. The best BEST hotel pillows ever. The bed had a choice of the normal super fluffy hotel pillows and ones that were kinda flat which I loved. I would absolutely stay there again.

The parking garage was tight. The rental car company ran out of cars and gave me a giant truck. It was funny trying to fit it into the narrow spaces of the garage. Also, our electricity was glitchy. When we got there half of the room was dark and the maintenance guy had to flip a breaker. After that, three of the four ceiling lights flickered when on. The airco was either freezing or off, not sure why that was. Those were small on the whole experience. I loved the hotel.

The property aesthetics were on point. Nice location within miles to everywhere we wanted to go. Nice pool on the rooftop and the workers were helpful. Love performances were nice and just the perfect touch of atmosphere.

I had no knowledge of the hotel offering driving services within 3 mile radius until we was somewhere and they picked up someone from the same place we needed a ride from but we had not been told so we paid Lyft and waited. I should have been told at check in it would have been nice to use this option. The items at the bar are we soo expensive and we had to ask for one additional wash cloth daily as it was two of us and they kept giving us one.

The location was good and areas surrounding it was good. I love how the staff would open up our car doors for us when exiting or entering a vehicle in front of the hotel. They were very pleasant to deal with. The building was very clean and up to par. The pool had people there everyday and we were able to make it to the pool and it was nice. I also liked the bean bag throw game located in the front of the hotel, it was a nice activity to do as you wait for your car or after being dropped off and you want to play it before walking back into the hotel. I also loved the workout room. We were able to to workout during our stay at midnight. It was refreshing to do before bed and there were apples to eat in there and towels for sweat.

We had lunch on the last day we were there and we weren’t impressed with our food. The servers were exceptional at the restaurant but I had to Season my food more for it to have flavor. My husband didn’t care for his fries, so we just sucked it up and ate. I wouldn’t eat at the restaurant again. We also wanted to dry our pool clothes in the laundry but were told it was being renovated and that was the night before check out. So we had to improvise and lay out our clothes to dry overnight before we had to pack them. Also, in my opinion, the drinks are over priced at the bar. I would rather go out to get a nice mixed drink.

Beautiful views, amenities top notch, finishes and decor were well done, very good attention to detail, very clean.

Night staff. I was disappointed that the hotel restaurant closed so early (9 pm) because we'd planned on room service on arrival. No big deal, I'll order grub hub. Delivery driver wasn't allowed to take to my room and front desk never notified me. Her response was it's policy. Ok, fine, but since I don't know your policy instead of leaving my food just sit there, you should probably make sure I know it's here since obviously the driver tried to take it up and you told them no.... So yes I was already disappointed because no room service, and now I have cold delivery, because it sat there for 20 minutes.

It is probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve been to… Love the Decour… The marble look in the bathroom. Very clean! I didn’t like the view outside of my window… I think the location could be better but other than that, it’s a beautiful hotel!

I didn’t like the location of the Buffet… Having it on the top floor is nice but it’s not a nice look up there… It would not make you want to stay up there which is why we left the hotel and had breakfast somewhere else. It’s not very comfortable looking or inviting up there. And I don’t think you have enough restaurants to give people a choice to want to stay at the hotel and eat.

The hotel was beautiful. Staff was very pleasant. They had a jazz player in the lobby entertaining guest when we checked in Friday night. They pretty much have everything you need full bar restaurant and room service. And the bathroom was beautiful they have heated mirrors so the middle doesn't fog up I loved it!

They had a pipe burst around 1130pm no water working once we came back from a night out! They where able to get the cold water running but it sucked that we had to take cold showers in barely running water! They did give us a $40 room credit I feel it should've been more.

The Team. Each Team Member - Valet, Porter, Front Desk, Bar - we’re equally excellent; Each truly seemed to enjoy being a part of the Blossom. While I’ve encountered individuals who embrace these attributes, never across an entire property, never across every shift. I was greeted by name and a genuine smile at every interaction, and left the Blossom feeling as though I had made genuine relationships. Quite the Team.

It’s young, and coming into itself. Breakfast was advertised as available at 6:00am. At 6:10am, the Front Desk said it would be “a few minutes”; but immediately asked what I needed. Coffee service was delivered within 5 minutes. The second morning, at 6:05am - breakfast service was delayed - asked me what I would like as I entered the Lobby, and would I like it delivered to the room. Said happy to take it up, and within minutes the tray was there. While I would have liked Breakfast to be available at 6:00am, I really enjoyed how the team on Day 1 stepped beyond their role to make a customer happy; on Day 2, they anticipated my need - asked - and coffee service appeared within minutes. My only regret is that I did not meet the Manager, the person who leads and mentors this Team.

I really enjoyed their dinner and the overall decor. I had the salmon with mushroom risotto, and I also ordered their seasomal sorbet. It was awesome! Everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Then the decor is very upscale and very pretty! Very gorgeous bathroom with this amazing smelling shower gel!

I didn't like the confusion about parking. You can actually just pay for parking without going through the hotel. If I'm not mistaken, the hotel charges $25 flat for a vehicle, but if you're staying for only one day, then it's cheaper to just pay using the instructions you get from your ticket. So either grab your ticket and pay $17 every day or a flat $25....if it's not a flat $25, then ofc it's cheaper to pay using the instructions on the ticket. Also the lady that checked me in never gave me the access code to get out, and didn't explain overall how to enter. It got very confusing and a random person helped.

Decor was nice, and room was very clean. Staff were very courteous. Overall experience was great. Valet staff were very attentive.

I called for room service but didn't get anyone, twice.

I liked the convenience and luxuriance. The amenities were what I was hoping for. The place is very beautiful and inviting. The pool was also wonderful, it was very relaxing.

I did not like upon checking out that I saw I was being charged for self parking. The young lady charged my card for the 2 night stay and the incidental fee which amounted to $556. However, when I asked the gentleman at check out time for a paper receipt I learned I was being charged $56 more for self parking. It kinda was an inconvenience due to my travel arrangements (company paid trip).
