The room was excellent - modern with wooden floors.Amenities and facilities in the room excellent including coffee machine ironing board iron hairdryer and toiletries.The bed had importantly a comfortable mattress and quality linen For an overnight stay it is perfect and an efficient regular shuttle bus makes it an attractive option at a reasonable price 10-15 mins from airport

The breakfast was included but you would not expect this when you are paying £70 per night.So I do not reduce star rating asa result of this substandard breakfast. There was scrambled egg which looked more like a thick pancake doubled over highly refined bread sugar rich yoghurts and cereal - this is not a healthy nutritious breakfast and just edible.The surrounding area is laden with fast food and mini supermarkets not much better.

Availability despite booking with very little anticipation (had a flight cancelled at IAH and had to book a hotel room ay last minute), breakfast included, near to the airport with complimentary airport-hotel-airport shuttle service (great, on-time service!), clean bed and bath, comfortable bed, hot water

A/C/heater was way too noisy, made it hard to get some good sleep

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was ready and waiting to get us to the airport. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage links and patties, waffles, juices, coffee, biscuits). Very clean room with reliable air conditioning unit. Great stay for a quick trip near the airport.

Front desk receptionist, Marvelette, was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast room, but no breakfast. That's ok. Waffle House right next door.

Confortable and had Everything I needed for the One Nite Transit stay Staff was excepcional in picking me up and Even giving me a wake up Call

I was told by the hotel to leave to the Airport almost 4 hrs before the flight which tienes our to Not be Necessaire Breakfast was not ready at 7 am as promised so I only got a Jogurt

Staff was friendly and it's close to the airport. My room was clean and spacious. I like that the flooring is not carpeted. I really like their shampoo and conditioner. Food was okay. Bed is big and comfortable. Good price.

My room was located just above the entrance so I can always hear the doors and people coming in and out. They clean the hallways everyday but the cleaning solution smelled heavy for me.

It was nice to have a hot breakfast before we left for the airport. The location was perfect for the night before and after our flight. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

The only thing that was a bit unusual was having the sink outside the bathroom. It was a bit inconvenient when I had to get up at night to potty and then had to turn the light on over the sink to wash my hands - instead of having the sink in the bathroom with the door closed. But, that was a VERY small inconvenience for us.

Hotel is located close to IAH with free shuttle service. Hotel is new and very clean. Stuff was competent and friendly. Continental breakfast was served 6-8 30 am continental: egg+sausage; oatmeal, toast, coffee. Nice.

On the way to the hotel it took 40 minutes to get to the hotel, since the shuttle bus was running late. I do not know the reason for this.

This hotel has greatly exceeded our expectations. The suite was large, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The front desk personnel was great. They promptly replied to my two text messages, ordered a shuttle and provided wake-up call. Thank you!

There was nothing that we did not like.

The location is great for an overnight in transit stay near IAH. Breakfast was simple but an adequate filler to start the day. The free airport shuttle was prompt and reliable. They also accommodate 24 hours pickup and drop offs

My eagle eyes found some shortcomings with the room cleaning. More attention should be paid to housekeeping quality control issues.
