Rooms are very spacious, beds are comfortable, A/C a very much appreciated relief from the heat. The hotel is located 5-10 minutes away from the airport and it offers a free shuttle. Breakfast is included and included scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, waffles, yogurt, orange juice, apple juice, cereal.

The hotel building is a bit old and needs some upkeep, but its not tragic in my opinion. The carpet on the hallways leading to the rooms was a bit smelly, but also not too bad.

The room was large and easily accessed. The room was very clean and well stocked. The breakfast was amazing as always. The staff was very kind and helpfull. I liked that the hotel was located in a central area that we could access anything that we needed within a few minutes.

The carpets in the hallway on the 4th floor were very dingy and could use a good cleaning. It looked as though things had been spilt on it multiple times and had not been cleaned up. I wish that the breakfast was a little longer in the mornings so that I wouldn't have to get up so early to eat since I was on vacation.

Great location!! The airport shuttle was convenient and on time. The coffee was fresh and the staff were very helpful even during the late check-in. Breakfast was available starting at 6am which was great for those leaving early.

The room had musty order but a few spritz of the Febreze in our bag helped tremendously. We had a late check in and the front desk was overwhelmed with the number checking in at one time due to a system issue. My credit card was double charged. I watched for 1 to fall off but unfortunately that never happened. Due to the property not taking responsibility and trying to resolve the issue, try insisted it was a Booking.com error. I am now having to dispute with Capital One.

The shuttle to and from the George Bush Airport was beyond helpful. Never been to this airport, and would have been lost without the shuttle.

Lobby area was very nice. Clean and modern. Breakfast was well stocked and good.

Our room (and the second floor in general) were a little run down and dated. The biggest issue was the musty wet-dog smell of the room. We were tired and only staying for one night so we just dealt with it.

Staff was helpful, nice and quit facility. Clean, neat, and organized facility. Gated and clean entrance and front of building. Room had refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board,, with a 32 inch television. Overall my family enjoyed our stay.

Bed mattress were hard. Also located at a busy intersection. Hard to get on road.

friendly staff and accommodations were very nice and comfortable and my dogs enjoyed it also especially riding in the elevator 😁

WiFi was really bad in room 214 had to stand in bathroom to contact my family!

our Keurig coffee maker did not work. I was disappointed with the breakfast. Have had better at other La Quintas in California. location wasn’t the best…. the only nearby restaurant within walking distance was a Burger King.

the rooms had been renovated and were very good - clean, fresh and everything felt new, with no bad smell.

corridors smelled musty, breakfast did not always keep up with demand.
