Location was good. Nice facilities with outdoor pool and hot tub and gym. Room was nice. Showing some wear and tear, but comfortable bed and spacious room. Quiet. We were on the second floor.

Breakfast was sparse… within 30 minutes of opening breakfast, most everything was gone leaving only dry cereal and juice. No front desk staff from 630-730 am - no reason why. No one restocking breakfast. Despite no smoking floor, the hallway and stairwells reeked of marijuana - either that or someone’s pet skunk died. Shuttle driver took over one hour to pick us up and it took two phone calls to get picked up. Saw other shuttles come by twice in time for driver to show up. No excuse again. Driver didn’t speak any English. Took forever for front desk to pick up phone when we called for pick up twice.

Great budget hotel. Very close to the airport, free shuttle (easy to arrange & the driver was a super pleasant gentleman), simple complimentary breakfast with fruits. Breakfast is toast, bagel, pancakes, cereal, cream cheese, butter, milk, juice, & coffee. Individually wrapped bagels, convenient for when you’re on the go. Rooms were clean, most importantly the sheets and covers were clean. Somethings were loose but nothing major. Includes shampoo and lotion. Exclude toothpaste and toothbrush in room, not sure if it’s available at the desk or not cuz we had our own. Waffle House is right beside it 👍🏼

Smell in the elevator but it’s honestly such a minor item compared to the value.

The property was very clean, had an amazing smell from the moment I entered the front desk. Very safe and relaxing as well. And there is a waffle House next-door that is even more amazing.

Upon arrival my first room had some technical difficulties with the television. I had to wait about three hours until maintenance. Could come up and check it out. once maintenance arrived, he noticed that it was able to be fixed. They had to move to another room. The part that I did not like was having to move all my belongings. But overall, it was an amazing stay and I will book again.

Great value for an overnight transfer. The room was nice, comfy beds, and staff were all very friendly and did their best to accommodate! The breakfast bar was nice and well stocked. Coffee was great!

Room could have been a little bit cleaner, it’s a bit worn down especially the outside of the room door and the hallway. This didn’t affect our stay though, just an observation. The airport shuttle driver did not speak English which made it a bit challenging to meet him, but we were able to find an airport employee who spoke Spanish and was able to direct us to find where he was parked. He was very friendly and apologetic and again it did not affect our stay!

The staff is very nice. And the place is very clean. we stayed here almost a whole month to where even the cleaning staff got to know us on a more personal level from seeing us every day. and they were very nice people as well. As far as the breakfast, well, I was a little disappointed. Maybe because where we previously stayed, that had many more options for people like me that have to eat soft food because of problems with there teeth or people who don't want very hard crunchy cereal or some kind of sausage and egg croissant. but the one thing that I have to admit I loved was that it had a pancake machine but half the time it didn't work and the first week we were here the drink machine didn't work for orange juice and stuff in the morning but other than that, I would definitely recommend. Unfortunately we stayed in the winter months so we wouldn't get access to the pool but I'm sure that would be nice too in the summer!

Great deal for being so close to the airport. Their free shuttle picked us up very quickly and we were in our room in no time. Their free breakfast was standard and served early. Very convenient to the airport, our room was clean and comfortable.

Our remote control for our TV didn’t control the sound, but we didn’t need to watch TV anyway. I’m sure they would’ve addressed it had we brought it to their attention.

Well for starters it was a deal. For what I paid it was fair. There was a few hiccups but were resolved immediately and as a business the women on staff front desk were superstars!! Very accommodating!!

There’s not really much I can complain about, I would say maybe the towels and I complained about the first room with some toilet issues however that was addressed and fixed immediately, thanks Emma!!!

The hotel suited us very well. We had an accessible room and the set up was excellent. Wide doors, accessible shower was very good. Room clean and spacious. Very close to airport with good shuttle service.

Only one restaurant within walking distance for an evening meal. Breakfast had limited options. Lighting in the room was not adequate for doing any work.

Breakfast was pretty good. We loved the pancake maker. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Waffle House was right next door which was a treat. Walmart is just minutes away. Front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful.

We did have an issue the airport shuttle. We were not told that shuttle service only runs after 3pm and some family members arrive earlier but fortunately we weren't too far from airport so uber wasn't too bad. As I mentioned breakfast was pretty good, only complaint was that it was not enough so it ran out quickly.

Located next to a Waffle House, the Hotel is very clean and looks well maintained even though it costs less than other places in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. Usha helped my sick sister check in after I made a reservation for her. Truly went over and beyond my expectations.

I had to leave by checkout time :-( Would prefer to stay and enjoy the cool clean crisp sheets on the beds.
