The property was close to my family and the interstate. The parking lot was well lit. There was a mini store at the counter and the evening/night shift ladies were the best! So kind and conversational. I bet I sat there talking with them for over 30 mins. Beds weren’t the most comfy but acceptable. The rooms were very clean. The standing shower was a nice change from a tub. The water pressure in the shower as low.

The Staff was wonderful and very kind and helpful when were stranded after a flight cancelation at DFW and had to spend 2 days in the DFW area. Rooms were clean comfortable Breakfast was good for a free continental with make your own waffles. Hotel facilities were good, pool, laundry etc

Location, while not bad nor did it seem dangerous or anything was more of a commercial / industrial area on the outskirts of a residential area and was kind of hidden behind businesses, more signage may be a great idea

Our stay was unplanned after a flight cancellation. The Staff were wonderful, front desk staff were friendly and attentive to any needs or requests. The employee that ran the breakfast area was friendly and helped with requests. The room was clean and comfortable for 5 guests.

The location was a bit to commercial for us surrounded by businesses, no real green areas. This would be the only thing I can point to a negative for us.

The staff was incredible! They made you feel at home and were very accommodating.

The thermostat in the room did not come with instructions on how to use and did not cool the room at night like we had hoped.

the front office person that works the evenings was very friendly. the room was a good size for 5 people. we had 2 queen beds and a couch bed so it was very comfortable as far as space.

the ac in the room was not easy to manage at the right temperature. it kept changing on us. not sure if it was mal function or its that way. but over all it was not something that ruined our stay. just made it a little frustrating to sleep. Also, more options for pillows would be nice. More firm pillows would have probably made a difference in my stay and added to the comfort. I have been to other hotels that offer firm or extra firm pillows.

Best continental breakfast I’ve had. Variety was great. Location is great near enough to enter highway pretty smoothly.

Pool had to much chlorine, daughter left live to swim but couldn’t for a long time.

The place was excellent! The staff that checked us in was very friendly and most helpful, customer service was a 10/10!!!

Very friendly and professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The management is always helpful and easygoing. They do provide transfer to and from DFW. I always enjoy my time there!

The breakfast was decent but could have been a little more added to it. The location was ok but just wished it had convenient stores a little closer.

There’s is really not a complaint at all.
