The staff is friendly and efficient The whole hotel is brand new and super clean The breakfast is very good the lobby is fun with lots of places to hang out The water and ice in the lobby is great accessible restrooms the beds in the rooms were so comfortable such a nice room modern design and if you need handicap accommodations the room was perfect

The pool was ice cold we could not swim in it. A little bit warmer would have been nice since it's an indoor pool best hotel in the area

Very good breakfast; great location for our needs. The lobby and room were very clean; the bathroom was a nice size with good lighting. There is ample seating in the lobby for breakfast or to meet and visit with friends.

There is only one chair in the room. The fan in the bathroom runs continuously; it is not loud but was a bit annoying when I woke up and then had trouble going back to sleep.

The breakfast was good, wish there would have been more variety. Biscuits and gravy would have been nice.

If the toilet would not have been running on and off all day and night. I put in 2-3 service requests to have the toilet repaired to no avail. The soccer team kids were pretty loud late at night during quiet hours.

Brand new hotel is super clean and modern. You can hang out in the lobby and play foosball or sit in a pod with lighted space have drinks or snacks it's so comfortable then you can go on an outdoor patio near the pool this place is beautiful beds are comfortable on the breakfast is amazing

Well kept! The lady doing the breakfast was amazing. She kept everything coming out continuously and was cleaning and emptying trash the moment something was dirty or a bag was full.

Soap wasn't the best,it was extremely slippery when used in the shower. It didn't wash down very well. The towel holders also needed to be tightened they are coming loose.

The location is great and the room was lovely. Wonderful staff! I am very happy and satisfied to have made reservations at Tru by Hilton.

The water did not get hot on my first day there. I’m not sure why as the second day there the water was hot but on the morning of checkout, the water was lukewarm.

Central location for the area, quiet, well appointed room, comfy bed and the softest sheets.

Surrounded by apartment complexes so made sure I didn’t leave anything in the car overnight.

Breakfast was good. Glad that 1 day out of 4 we were offered something other than scrambled eggs.

The sound between the floors was not good. We could hear children running, people walking, and rollaboards being brought into the room.

The location was great for me and boyfriend. It was quite there. We played foosball loved that it was there. The breakfast was great! The room was great size we got a king room. We would book here for sure again!

The bathroom fan runs constantly; there is no way to turn it off. It sounded like a wind tunnel in our room.
