The up keep of the hotel was great. The security of having to have your room key in order to go up in the elevator was nice. Pool open 24hrs a very big plus. Front desk was very friendly at all shifts and always willing to help.

At breakfast time there was a gentleman with long hair that was not rude when asked about a refill of a certain item he would roll his eyes or say there was none left. Would leave you a tab and not explain it was for certain purposes instead lead you to belive they were charging you. A smile would be great

The place was great! The rooms were spotless! The beds were very comfortable & the staff were all great and friendly! I liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room and all the upper floors were rooms, with lower floors having things such as the restaurant & pool.

The common areas, such as the hallways and elevator areas, were not the cleanest. They carpets were dirty in those areas, noticeably so.

Cery supportive staff at the reception and breakfast buffet, Very clean room, clean shower, quietness, greta WiFi Vey nice GYM although part of the weights were missing.

I would add vegtables and dairy things for those nonamerican guests that do not use to eat only eggs for breakfast. Vegtables and chease would be highly appreciated.

I always book hotels that have indoor pools like this one. Also love that they have snack items at the lobby, traveling with a kid they are always hungry so that was a plus.

The breakfast was not good at all. Needed more variety and food to taste better. It would be nice if they had pool toys in the pool area. I've been to hotels where they keep a basket of pool toys for kids to use. So that's an idea.

The hotel has friendly staff and were very helpful.

The breakfast was pricey for what you get. It was more of a Holiday Inn breakfast, but the food was fine. The waitstaff was so very kind and helpful.

Great staff, comfy beds, good selection of beer in the hotel bar.

Nothing amazing but just a really good, conference hotel. Except the bar closes at 2100. The room had no main light which was really annoying.

Loved the room and it’s size. Also loves the nice size shower and the organizers in closet. I’ve travelled a lot and this room/hotel was is at the top of my list!

Heater/air conditioner was sorta off!

I called and they allowed for early check in for my family. the place was so clean.

on the morning of New Years they had fire alarms go off and everyone had to evacuate and it was a false alarm but yet they didn’t notify anyone of this and everyone was standing out in the cold so early in the morning.

staff was extra nice . rooms were quiet for the most part . lobby very quiet and cozy . breakfast was excellent with very nice seating .

some of the furniture and tables were a bit dusty . but for the most part clean . very cozy and quiet hotel .
