The property was good and conveniently located to a place to eat and the airport.

On the day we were to check in, I received a text that we were going to be charged $50 because I booked with a third party (Booking.com). This is the first time I’ve heard of this charge. When I told her I was going to dispute it, she waived it but I will be sure to watch for signs of these charges in the future. I feel that such charges will discourage people from using Booking.com if I continue to see them.

Better quality needed ,I did get There late I guess it was around 9am .The eggs looked great but biscuits were cold and sausage patties just did not look right to me but they tasted pretty decent after microwaving . I love the location and that is eating getting to Walmart everything is within walking distance and the airport is two exits from making a simple turnaround and you are there Lickety split.

the tiles in the bathroom were loose and grout was gone on the floor and the Heating and air set up funny in order of immediately knowing what controls the rooms temp I finally figured it out.The road construction on the entrance road is pretty sketchy right now ,not room really for vehicles to operate going opposite directions and hopefully the redo will be done pretty quickly .

Y’all. I don’t say this about many hotels, but this place was amazing!!! It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. But the best part of the stay was the breakfast!!!! This is not continental breakfast. This is a breakfast buffet. They had the regular eggs, bacon, milk, yogurt, muffins, and juice. But they also had oatmeal, bagels AND English muffins, waffles AND pancakes, AND cereal. AND the checkout isn’t til noon. This will be my go to spot when I visit my kid at school.

The breakfast was great, and the staff in charge of the breakfast was even better. The room was nice not perfect but clean.

When I checked in, the front desk clerk seemed like he didn't care. After checking in and leaving front desk my wife said "he's acting like he doesn't want to be at work." We had a room on the 4th floor and the elevator stopped working it was eventually fixed but being senior citizens walking up 4 flights of steps wasn't easy.

Anthony, the shuttle driver, who picked us up at the airport was so kind, helpful and so generous with his time. We were really hungry and it was getting really late. Anthony took the time to take us to his favourite hamburger place so we could get some take out before heading to hotel. As I was booking in my daughter stayed outside for a cigarette and he stayed with her so she would not be alone. Really great guy and a definite asset!

Location was excellent and the beds were very comfy. I loved the great lighting in the bathroom. All staff members very friendly and helpful. Thank you for having big mirrors outside of the bathroom!

Lots of construction on the street entering the parking lot (not your fault). Bulb in bathroom flickering needing replacement. Hotel looking quite old and in need of updating. Needs a new tv remote.

The comfortable room

We got there late at night, and it was raining. The hotel driver, who was sitting down watching a basketball game did not want to move the van from under the canopy so we could park and remove our luggage to enter the hotel without getting ourselves and luggage wet. I had to reverse my truck to attempt to partially park under the hotel canopy. We still got ourselves and luggage wet. Was disappointed with his attitude.

Checking in early was a breeze! Such friendly and helpful staff! The hotel is quaint, but lovely. We spent most of our day next to the small, warm, indoor pool.

When walking through the corridor, there were garbage bags outside the doors where they were cleaning. Not too bad, but wasnt appealing throughout odd hours of the day.

Staff was very friendly. Cleaning services was on point as well as costumer service. Breakfast was also good. Overall a very great and safe place to stay with your family.

It’s definitely not the most luxurious place to stay and looks a little bit old but overall, very great
