Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful

My daughter got sick while we were staying there I called the front desk 4x and ask about housekeeping coming to clean just the area where my daughter threw up. I didn't need the entire room cleaned,and after the fifth time when I was about to get irate I just asked for cleaning supplies so I could clean it up, which she didn't have , so then I just asked or can you switch rooms and she didn't even want to do that. I'm a guest staying there I should know what to do on my side of the register and y'all's. And the hotel being understaffed is not my fault.

After being stranded in dallas overnight with plain maintenance issues and 16 hours of travel there wasn’t much to be stoked about. Jennifer at the front desk quickly changed that. She upgraded my room, provided me toiletries, and bottled water for the night. she was pleasant and professional despite the late hour and long night she had ahead of her.

Breakfast was OK, I would prefer a true buffet.

Only two small complaints. One of the cushions on the loveseat in my room was coming apart at the seams and you should consider slow close toilet seats so I don't scare the crap out of myself in the middle of the night.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, nice room, facilities and location. I was stuck over night due to missed flight connection and I was happy to find a place that made me not mind the travel inconvenience.

Only one minor detail. The bedding wasn’t as comfortable as I typically experience at other hotels.

I like the waterfall, the fire on the patio and the comfortable bed.

I didn't like the bat isn't open on Saturdays or you can't eat dinner at the hotel on Saturday it was an inconvenience.

I like that I was close to the airport and to all the attractions that I attended. The staff was very nice and friendly. The Breakfast bar was really good and great Coffee. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

I have no complaints, everything was exceptional.

Very comfortable room

After a long hard day of losing flight connections the last thing you need is a confrontational, rude and unprofessional front desk lady being sarcastic and inimical with a guest. Never experienced such a poor welcome at a Hilton Hotel. Management should immediately look over this comment. Happened on the 30 of April late at night Ice machine was out of service in Floor 1

Room nicely appointed, beds were very comfortable and staff were friendly. We enjoyed the selections at breakfast too.

Booking.com was misleading about breakfast being included in my package. I went with you just for that reason!
