Spacious room and very clean!

Not being told about the pool my kids were heartbroken and they didn't offer any incentive for the inconvenience. It appears we're afraid to let people know ahead of time about the people because they were afraid people would cancel! Breakfast is the same everyday after 3 days my kids were let's go tot the Waffle House which down the street from hotelLol!

I loved the location , our king suite, cleanliness, Dev? Staff at front desk with 3 letters. Great AC , big room, nice shower, beautiful hotel , Chaise Lounge, kitchenette area,ice machine always worked & great vending machines.

The pool! I could of stayed at a 1000 other locations but you would know…. I had to pick the one with the nastiest pool. My main reason was to go to a hotel & spend all day by the pool!!!!!!! I voiced my concerns several times. They only shocked it and there was no maintenance called to clean the sides or vacuum it. It was so murky , cloudy & ukky.

I had issues with my stay 1. Homeless man that sets up in the back parking next where I parked…I was ok but would not want my mother sister to experience 2. I had a misunderstanding when I extended my stay and was locked out and made to wait in the end of the check in line to sort out…I will not forget and not be back…if there was a problem with my extension then I should not experience inconvenience…my card was on file and they could have kept their issues behind the scene and simply fix on the spot instead of my time being inconvenienced

very clean, free parking, great breakfast, clean rooms, nice amenities, very family and couple friendly, fridge, microwave, everything you need, accessible to the highway, the rooms are amazing, the sheets are great, honestly I have nothing bad to say abt this place

just please have cameras all around your building. once my car got scratched by someone and the hotel didn’t have any camera footage on the back of the hotel to help me find the culprit. other than this there are no issues

Clean. Fresh. The pool and hot tub is NOT to be missed here!! One of the best outdoor pool areas I’ve seen. Definitely is a luxury hotels pool and hot tub. I actually stayed here and decided to rebook. That’s how much I liked it. The room was generous in size and that King Bed was extremely comfortable. There’s also a front desk guy named Keith. Hotel management if you’re reading this. This guy is a total asset and makes your hotel run efficiently and knows how to treat guests well.

The heated jacuzzi was the absolute best, especially for the end of December weather. The staff were also great, my sister and I were struggle to get the kids and our bags into our car so one of worker came and helped us get our stuff into the car.

My only issue was when I tried to get extra towels from the housekeeping and they brushed me off. But I went downstairs and asked the staff at the front desk and they got it to immediately.

Location was great, easy access. Rooms were very spacious, felt very comfortable there. Friendly staff, great breakfast option.

The rooms could have been abit more cleaner, I saw some stains on the shower wall. There’s a possibility my sheets weren’t replaced because I found straw wrappers in my bed. Also the room wasn’t vacuumed well cause there were bits and pieces of candy on the floor.

The location was great and easy to find. The hotel is very clean and well kept with a very clean, spacious and comfortable room! The shower was amazing, the water gets as hot as I like and the water pressure was fantastic! Breakfast was pretty tasty too!

I would liked to have had the option of late check out, but understandably, the hotel was fully booked with new scheduled stays so this was not possible for us. The front desk did offer to clean our room last to give us an extra half hour; it was nice to have been accommodated to the best of their ability that day!

The room shower was dirty upon check-in. We had to change rooms. The breakfast was very limited because it ran out. The pool was only open our first day due to it being closed for cleaning after that. It was a Saturday & Sunday, no way a pool should be cleaned on a weekend.

We loved how clean the facility is, the size of the room, the pool, the size of the hot tub, and the work out room.

There was limited availability in the vending machines, limited towels available in the rooms, and no towels available by the pool and the hot tub. It would have been nice to get a discount for staying multiple nights.
