Remodeling results good, bed was comfortable as well as pillows and sheets. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries.

Elevators and hallways smelled heavily to marijuana odors as well as in the stairwells and the fitness room. Staff was not very customer service friendly when it came to check out and getting my receipt for the stay, I was told to wait for management that had left the property but since I'm a truck driver and I needed to be on the road I was not giving my receipt and having to wait an hour or more for management to return was unexcusable.

Staff was kind. Breakfast was nice.

I booked through you (Booking.com) this hotel to get two beds. When we came they gave us a room with one kingsize bed, blaming the external party we booked through. That doesnt help me. Don't sell rooms with two beds if you cannot deliver. This was not fixed the second night either. Only third night. Had to share bed with my 13 yo daughter. Ok for me. Not for her!

Great location for our visit. Bed slept very well. Hot breakfast had great variety and tasted very good. Friendly and attentive staff.

Took about 30 minutes for our shower to have hot water. Had to let water run a long time to heat it up. Also, dead bolt on our room entry door was not working correctly. Reported issues to front desk at checkout and was told repairs and work currently being done at this facility.

The pool was closed for repairs. This was not apparent before we checked in. We came here so my granddaughter could swim. I think there needs to be some kind of compensation. We would not have stayed here if we had known that the pool was closed!

Grandkids love the pool nice clean room beds so comfortable location around lots of food outlets and shopping centers

The Dryer Not hot enough take so much money to dry a load of clothes $ 5.00 Nothing personal just Housekeeper didn’t speak English.

The breakfast is wonderful the Chef is just amazing makes you fell welcome very friendly it’s just a great place to stay

Their is one person at the front desk that has an attitude I won’t mention any names the manger is just amazing she very very sweet

No in room safe deposit box on level 4 as they hadn't been installed in the renovated rooms so I had to carry my valuables with me every day which was annoying.

There were a couple of personal questions about my travels and why I was there I didn't particularly like. As a solo female traveler I didn't think it particularly appropriate.

It was our first time staying in Katy , the location has easy access several restaurants near by and along frontage road and within close proximity to mall that has a lot of entertainment options for families and Waterpark that we will have to come back to when in season . The room was very spacious the king bed was very comfortable ,pillows were comfortable too

Only complaint was our TV remote batteries were dying, when my wife called front desk to ask for new batteries they told her she had to come and get them.
