They don’t do room service unless you ask them too . Breakfast we had to go next door . Also we showed up 30 min before they closed and waited for people to finish getting their food . By the time we had a chance to get our stuff they were already putting away the stuff right at 10 o’clock which we could only grab what we could .

Everything in that hotel are new. It's only made less than 1 year now. I'm in the 2nd floor and there arn't any bug. Fitness center are great, i didn't using pool bc there are lot of people but it looks good. Breakfast are avalable, and it's good. They keep refel to us

Not really. Everything were great, but there are no light so it's really dark at night. But everything is okay except that!

I have stayed here several times every time it has been wonderful matter of fact they even came in and turned the AC on before I got to the hotel so it was very nice

I only can find one thing to think of and I don't really think it's a priority but why do all the hotels have that desk chair that makes you feel like you're going to tip over if you lean back??

The location is perfect right off the highway. The breakfast was pretty good too. The price is the best part of all- honestly unbeatable for how good the rooms are!

There was a slight cigarette scent each time I entered the room, and since it is off the highway, it could be a bit loud. The staff weren’t exactly cheery either. However, it was great for the price and location.

Great location right off the freeway easy access wherever you want to go. The rooms are clean well-kept the staffers accommodating really not much to complain about.

 well, you have to ask for new towels and I didn’t realize the room didn’t come with the coffee maker so I had to ask for one of those two but those are minor problems

Pool was and absolute mess when we tried it out on our second night. Sat evening my sons and I walked over other sister hotel for pool It looks so dirty liked somebody had partied so hard destroyed pool area and we but our feet in water and that was it. It was not good v disapointing on that for my kiddos. :( i would not let them swim in that water. Room was very clean and staff was friendly to us they must not been aware of grosse pool at aroynd 630pm that evening.

Price! Clean, clean and clean! Good sized room and great staff. Lots and lots of hot water even though we took quick showers the water was there and stayed hot. It was just comfortable although we were so tired we just crashed and burned after driving for 12 hours. We were headed west and being on the west side of Houston was a huge bonus this morning and access to 10 was fairly easy; Texas has different ideas of easy, but for Texas it was very easy.

We knew we would get it, but the road noise was bad. Breakfast was really super bad! We got a bag breakfast with a little bag of cookies, a granola bar and peanut butter crackers each. They had fruit, which I grabbed one each and the yogurt was so bad I did not even grab one. It was more for kids.

Oh man this hotel was amazing. The room was bigger than any other room I've stayed in that was in the same price range. It was very clean. No funky smells. TV was a great size. The beds are super comfy. I've stayed here several times so I've experienced different rooms.

I wish checkout time was at noon instead of at 11am. Lol that hour makes a world of a difference. The elevator gets really hot in the afternoon.

stayed 8 nights and have lots of stuff put me on the top floor no elevator the people that these motels are usually very friendly or very rude this guy was NOT the friendly one they don’t clean the room but that I don’t mind as long as I know ahead of time

The room this time wasn't as nice as the last room I was in when I stayed there last. But it was clean, and very comfortable.
