Hardwood floors instead of dirty carpets. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean.

Door handle to room was very hard to turn. Made it difficult when carrying bags.

All good but the internet / tv barely worked. And no phone in room to call front desk

The comfort of the bedroom. The clean and neat property and rooms at the low rate per night. It's a jewel tucked away! The hot water that gives a refreshing shower after a 5am workout. I prefer my water extra 🔥. I expected to hear traffic but it was very quite. A full size fridge provided and a microwave✨️. FREE Coffee served every morning with some fresh fruit. Big chain hotels I've visited wasn't this clean. You can smell the room was freshly cleaned. An abundance of towels, coffee maker with coffee and desk if your traveling for business.

The floors need to be re-done.

Breakfast was HOT and delicious. Staff was friendly, and attentive. Great size room. Didn't realize there was a $75 deposit on top of the room rent. But the ENTIRE STAFF was the BEST I will stay here everytime they are there and refer it to all family and friends traveling there.

My husband and I were very impressed with the room we were in. Everything was clean pleasing to the eye. We ended up staying a extra day. Would reference this place to friends and family. We will be staying again. The office was pleasing to talk to and made our stay great

Super clean! Loved the staff was amazing! Loved little Chiquita! ♥️ the spacious rooms made the stay extremely comfortable. We will be staying here everytime we come and visit family and we will recommend it to all other family as well!

The only negative feed back I have is maybe getting a better television provider as the in room entertainment was extremely limited and we depended on our personal devices for entertainment.

Nice rooms comfortable beds great friendly staff pet friendly all around great place , will definitely my go to from now on fun for family with pool table and swimming pool and hot tub great tasty breakfast , variety on the weekends breakfast is awesome . I will definitely be recommending this place from now on .

Everything was perfect

This property is amazing. Front Desk Clerk (Nikki ) was so eager to make sure I had every thing I needed! The room was extremely spacious and clean! Definitely will book whenever I visit the city

the bed was really comfortable. it had an actual coffee pot. was quiet to a point.

the only thing we didn’t like about the hotel was the curtain situation in our room. while curtains were close you could see people walking by. and wasn’t sure if they could see in the room.

The 2 women that I encountered went above and beyond to accommodate my request. They were very friendly and helpful they helped make my stay amazing. If I ever get the chance I'll be staying there again.

I really didn't care for the bare flooring in my room although it was beautiful. I'm really not someone who walks around in shoes and I didn't bring my slippers 🤣. But this is just my preference because the floors were beautiful.
