Though not fancy. It was clean and well kept. But the staff was amazing!!!!

I just wish it had been a little more handicap friendly. No automatic doors if they were a little bit of a challenge for my husband and it would be nice if they had like a shower chair or two put up so that way if I was in a wheelchair would feel more comfortable in a shower chair and a tub. I’d be there for him.

Perfect for exactly what I needed from it. Nice size to fit a small group of friends. The staff was super kind even though I only talked to one person the entire time I was there. Real quiet, no whiny guests, everyone minded their business and kept to themselves. Wasn't too big to the point that I couldn't find anything. Very convenient side entrance/exits which made it easy to come in and out for a smoke if you don't mind taking a couple flights of stairs. Accessible luggage carts for bringing a big amount of things in and out.

The narrow front entrance when you first come in with the double doors, one needing a key card. Made it very difficult to bring my things in and take them out with the luggage cart. Congestion and bottle necks are very much a possibility. Front office is pretty small which can be a bit claustrophobic during peak check-in and check-out times

o The location was prefect, Just off of E Central express way. Away from heavy traffic and close to all the good stores in Killeen. o Staff was understanding and great to us. o Did not see not one bug or had any issues with the water or door locks. o

o The Wifi was not strong enough to keep a connection at certain times of the night. o The smoking rooms had dirty air vents and should probably be cleaned and replaced more often. o The window does not open wide enough for a smoking room.

The facility was so well maintained clean and very respectful staff and very friendly I don't plan on staying anywhere else wood springs is awesome and miss Tina really goes above and beyond to help in any way she can...

I love Ms. Tina and her staff they are great people.... She works with you and he'll accommodate you in and every which way possible

I loved the laundry room, staff, pretty comfortable, and quiet.

The smoking room definitely need to be deep cleaned. The vents Specifically needed to be deep cleaned. We stayed there for close to a month and started to get sick.

Enjoyed close proximity to wherever I needed to go and easy checkout.

I didn’t have time to spend more time.

Very comfortable family place staff is very friendly and the manager miss Tina was very welcoming and helpful

Ms. Tina the Gm was very kind to us and went beyond to convey a comfortable relation between staff and guest.

Quietness and the staff was VERY helpful, respectful and professional.

The microwave was rusty inside, and the bed was a little messy.
