Friendly staff and pool was nice since it was soooo hot

I think the housekeepers could do a better job when they do rooms that guest currently staying in. There was only one day in the 7 days we stayed that the room was swept and everything stocked correctly.

Everything..The bedroom was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean. The mattress was perfect for my back. Room service came everyday tosee if we needed anything.

The breakfast was ok it was just missing bacon or sausage and scrambled eggs

Convenient location. Very nice staff. They are in the middle of a renovation, but we were comfortable.

The new bathroom in the suite is hard to navigate with an issue. Great for shorter people with children. Tub is high.

It was around a lot of food places that was nice.

Under the T.V in our room was dirty I tried cleaning what I could. Also there was a roach that was under the tv that kept coming out.

The staff was friendly & washed our bedding every time we turned them in. We love that there is no pet fee & they allowed our 3 little dogs. We met the supervisor today during an incident out the the hotel with a homeless man acting strange. She alerted authorities to make sure guests are safe. Loved that! She was very friendly & make sure we were good too cause we were letting our dogs out at the time.

The only thing I would recommend is hiring security for night time. Whenever I let the dogs out at night It make me very nervous to go out there by myself in darker areas with a lot of strange people walking around. Or at least have like brighter spotlights shining on your doggie grass spot. Just to make guests with pets feel a little better with going outside multiple times at night:)

I liked how quite it was and close to everything I was staying there for two weeks waiting for my apartment to be ready to move in I was PCSING perfect spot to stay at

Shower handle It has to be pull very hard Where did your company got the shower handle ??????? Is time to replace!!!!!!……….,. Other than that everything else is fine Thank you

It was a great central location, being renovated. The staff was very nice.

The tub/shower was super high. The air conditioner was in the other room. My son was cold, we were hot.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. I make regular trips to Killeen. I found my new place to stay for visits with my grandkids. I truly enjoyed my stay and Denny's and Popeye's are in walking distance so that is a plus. Comfortable bed, convenient location and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The shower handle was hard to pull out. The shower handle was the only bad thing.

Centrally located

Could be maintained better (seemed a little run down). They only had waffles, cereal and a few fruits for breakfast.
