Loved that the room was clean, well-taken care of and had extra blankets and sheets for sofa bed. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were a little bigger than my preference but nice. Breakfast included gravy, eggs, waffles, cereal, coffee, milk, juices, and pastries.

Elevator was a bit of an issue the last two days of our stay. Hotel staff tried to get it back up and running so checking out was a bit inconvenient having to go from the 3rd floor down, but other than that and maybe offering bacon with breakfast would be the only two things that would have made this stay better.

I loved the breakfast, waffles. We stay here every 2-3 months when we come to Texas. I have tried other hotels but they don’t measure up to this hotel. My daughter loves the extra space with the couch in the room. Very clean, very nice workers. Everyone is so pleasant. I was admiring the plants and wanted to know the name of a few that can tolerate our heat. I spoke with the groundskeeper Alfred Alvarado, he took time from his schedule to show me some plants then I was thrilled when he said he would give me some cuttings of one of them, the Canna plant, I was amazed. He wrapped them up for my journey home and I quickly planted them and they are doing fantastic. Thank you Alfred! 😁👏👍

Tv kept losing signal but would come back on again quickly.

Room was super clean. There was plenty of secure parking and the hotel is in a good area. Breakfast was average but the coffee was really good. The food staff were very helpful, kept everything stocked and even came around to take our dirty plates away. The desk staff (Cindy and Lee) were very friendly and professional.

The hotel was clean spacious and well kept, The hotel staff were excellent and The breakfast buffet was in my opinion very good with great assistance if needed, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were large and the bed very comfy. I'd highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back again

The hotel is conveniently next to the highway and the rooms are huge! Plus I really appreciate the effort of reducing waste as there was real coffee mugs and and glass water cups and well as a glass refillable water!

Breakfast was great! The staff was very courteous and made sure everything was nice and tidy!

Only thing that could have been better was the mattresses. They dipped in the middle and could tell they were a little worn!

Staff are absolutely superb and so helpful whether the friendliness of the breakfast staff or the way the reception staff bent over backwards to help me with a taxi to the airport at 05.30am. Breakfast was nice and room was very clean / comfortable. Air conditioning was great and plenty of parking. Gas station next door should you need anything too; and plenty of food outlets nearby.

I asked for top floor which was accommodated but it was on the freeway side of the building which was quite noisy at night due to the trucks going past. If staying again I would ask to stay on the other side of the building away from the freeway noise.

The room was very clean and smelled nice, there was plenty of room, and it suited our needs perfectly. The manager checked me in and was very helpful. The hotel was quiet.

This is a very small issue--there was a sofa bed we used in our suite, and it appeared that the mattress cover on the sofa bed had not been changed. There also was not much choice in terms of type of pillow--all were lofty and firm.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and options changed daily. Location was very convenient.

pool hadn’t been cleaned out and no net to do it yourself. Shower head had some issues.
