Wonderful hotel, super clean, tasteful decoration, huge and comfortable bed, nice breakfast, signature toilet amenities, many pillows and towels, fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room, free parking. This hotel has it all and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The staff that handled the check in and check out were greatly efficient and very polite. This is a great stay and I enjoyed my time at the hotel very much. I totally recommend it for a wonderful stay with plenty of nice rest.

Clean, big room, comfortable beds

We like La Quinta in general, but this time I really had some unpleasant moments. Specific group of guests were so noisy and no body did anything about it. They woke us up at 4am. Later on I saw the same people making a barbecue in front of the hotel, completely unsecured. We didn’t have internet in the room our entire stay (only few hours of the first day), and we stayed 4 days. Staff said that could be because our room is at the end of the hallway, later they said they have some damage, no body seams to care about it, but the rest of hotel did have Internet.

The hot breakfast was very good. There were many selections. Everything was fresh. The young lady who worked it was a very delightful person. The coffee bar was great. The king size bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean, fresh and comfortable. The room itself is very spacious and welcoming. The layout is very efficient and the microwave, refrigerator was well placed and not invasive. The bathroom is very spacious and not confining. The blackout curtains are quite efficient. It was nice to have hot coffee, ice water, and fruit available in the evening.

The water in the bathroom sink was very restricted. The shower door did not close properly so that water made its way onto the floor. The conditioner bottle was empty. The sink was reported and fixed . I did not shower again but assume it was fixed also. The lighting was not adequate for reading. I moved the chair into a more advantageous position to use the pole lamp and it had not been dusted under the chair. The chair back has been damaging the walls, a chair rail would prevent more damage.

The room was quiet. Even though it is close to the freeway, i didn't realize it until i looked out the window. I'm glad i was close to the freeway since i didn't know the town and it was centrally located to where i had to go. Restaurants nearby. The check in staff was excellent. The young man was very welcoming and personable; another time a woman was so nice when i lost my key cards. Oh, the breakfast was great!. I'm so sick of the Covid breakfast. Hot breakfast entrees served to you was a great addition.

I liked it all. If all La Quintas are like that, i plan to go to more.

Room is spacious and very clean. Ample and safe parking. Excellent customer service from hotel staff especially Brianna from the breakfast area and Phil from reception. Great selection during breakfast. Every day, there are 3 choices of meat (sausage, bacon, turkey bacon). There are also scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereals, etc. I also like that they have sugar free option for their syrups and jams. Best breakfast buffet we’ve had in years! Highly recommended!

Breakfast was good but many people came in just before 9am cut off and it got backed up. Perhaps consider extending it 30-45 minutes.

1) Housekeeping missed some racist sticky note comments left in room by previous guest. We simply threw them away but others might have been deeply troubled. Better spot checking needed to avoid in future. 2) Our room keys stopped working some time before 9am on our 3rd morning while at breakfast. We had to be let back in room by staff after breakfast.

Our room was larger than we anticipated. The flooring was fantastic which helps with my husband allergies. The breakfast was very good. The hostess (server) and her assistant were very friendly and polite.

I did not like the turkey sausage, turkey sausage gravy and the wheat bread. The ice maker on the 4th floor did not make ice the entire time I was on the property. Swimming pool water was too cool and there was no hot tub to soak our weary bodies after a long day.

The breakfast was as good as we have had in any motel/hotel. I like the bacon & scrambled eggs every day and the real orange juice, not just orange flavored water. I tipped the breakfast server $20 and one of the housekeepers, $100, a young Black lady with her hair in pig tails. Her smile, always on her face, would light up an arena and brightened our 5 days there.

Did not like meeting two pit bull dogs in the hall way tho they were on a leash. Did not like the folks bringing their pet dog into the dining area, it was not a service dog. Did not like being awakened several times per night with the sound like someone trying our door, nor the door not fitting the door frame leaving about a 1/4 plus inch crack from the floor up 3/4 of the height. The sound I'm guessing was pressure when the stairway door across the hall was opened and closed but that is just an assumption as when I would get up to check, pistol in hand, there was no one in the hallway.

Had to change my room due to: -Water pressure being low in the bathtub. -You could also hear water constantly running in other areas of the hotel. Charges -My credit card was billed twice. They basically hold the full amount as a deposit. it falls off a few days after checking out. This wasn’t explained at check-in nor in writing.
