The suite was spacious, modern, clean and had a fabulous kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The staff was very helpful. When I checked out they accommodated me with a late check-out at no extra fee, as my flight home was later in the afternoon. Additionally, my suitcase "gained weight" during my trip and the front-desk gentleman graciously helped lift and put my suitcase in the trunk of my rental car as I couldn't lift it that high. All in all, I prefer staying at Hilton properties, and this location I highly recommend.

Nothing could've been any better!

When I arrived and tried to check in, the girl at the front desk insisted that I had not paid for the room and that the total balance was due. I had pre-paid through Booking.com. I pulled up my bank account and I could see where it had come out. She then tells me that no it did not come out, it was just a hold - it would be released - and that I needed to pay. So, I looked at my reservation on Booking.com and it confirmed it was paid in full. I told her I was not paying twice. A manager did come out and get it all straightened out so I guess all’s well that ends well despite the hassle. But just a warning to be careful !

Rooms were nice. Stayed during a busy time, so the other guests were a little noisy, but still a pleasant start.

I booked through booking.com and was told that my card was declined when I got there. Used a different card, but realized later that my card was charged through booking and the other card was charged through the hotel. So, I was double charged and reach out to resolve it, and no one followed up to resolve it. Unfortunately, that’s the lasting impression for me.

Everything was exceptional on this visit. We will be making reservations here again for our next trip here. Breakfast was a perfect combination. Room service was excellent. Very satisfied with this visit to see my son who lives down here.

Refrigerator had a leak our last day here. Told the desk, they will send maintenance to check it out.

Breakfast was good, lot’s of choices

My only complaint was I noticed 2 blood stains on my duvet comforter when I woke up the next morning. It was tucked under the opposite corner side of where I slept. The bed was nicely made, so I didn’t see at the time that I checked in. Otherwise i would of definitely asked for another room. Besides that , the two gentlemen who checked me in that night were so polite and welcoming! Next time I’ll check the bed to make sure it was clean before climbing in😬

We had a king suite. I was spacious and comfortable. Hotel seems new, everything clean and new. Very comfortable bed, nice breakfast area. Nice staff. Wonderful place and great value.

Hotel is right on the access road of highway but, northbound exits are confusing on which roads to use to get there. The roads are right there when you get off the ramp. If you miss them, there is a turn that takes you back around easily.

It was very roomy. The rooms and facility were very clean. The breakfast was very good with choices. The hotel was peaceful and quiet. The TV had plenty of choices when you stay in the room.

This was the second time we stayed here. It was just as good as the first. Being on the first floor was convenient for us. The breakfast bowls were good. I liked having coffee available when I arrived.

It would be nice if the breakfast was open a little longer.

Area in lobby feels hard to find comfortable lounge space the staff seems to use a main guest table area as a work station, the snack bar has limited variety lay out of long centre lounge seems poor use of space the lobby area feels disfunctional cold and univitingl

The rooms are family friendly! Large, enough space to sleep and family . Plenty of counter space, The kitchenette was amazing! Large fridge and it even comes with plates, glasses, silverware and a dishwasher.

The slide restroom doors that do not completely close. No tubs and the water didn't get as hot as I would've liked. The kitchenette needed a small table or least another chair. The restroom sink needed more counter space.
