Comfort Suites At Plaza Mall

I liked the room it had a big space and ut was very clean when we entered the hotel it feels good it was a pleasure to be there

About the breakfast it was missing some refills, like the coffe. The swimming pool it didn’t hace some lights in the pool

Friendly staff

Cleaningness of the room could be better. We found some trash under a table and a little roach. When we took out the bed from under the sofa we found a hunny bun wrapper. The toilet paper was not a new roll (less then half of the roll) we ran out but luckily there was a cleaning lady by the hall so we asked for a new one. Other than that it was good and great staff.

Staff is extremely friendly . The hotel always smells so nice & clean.

My son accidentally broke a glass bottle and I there was a mess at the floor entrance of our room. I had to go myself to front desk to get a dustpan & broom to clean up the mess. Then had to go myself again to take it back.

Very clean and the rooms are quite large for the price. It’s a great location and has a decent pool to swim around with the kids.

Checkout is at 11am, which is way too early. We were able to pay 35USD for a late checkout at 3pm, though.

I liked the place overall, nice friendly people.

The only thing I didn't like, actually I hated was that the staff made a copy of my credit card and driver's license. I've have my identity stolen before so I was not to happy about that. Then I had to ask for it back, and the lady was reluctant to give me my copy back.

I liked how clean the place was and how polite and kind the staff was. The hot tub was amazing and so relaxing. I especially liked how the room was right by the front desk. It was great how quiet it was and we would love to visit again.

I didn't really like the eggs at breakfast they were kinda bland. The orange juice tasted strange. The last thing is the toilet paper holder didn't work and it kept falling off.

Facility is extremely clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly.

Could use a little more light on the east side of building. I arrived during the night and have a male approach my window, asking me to lower it down. I didn't get off my car until I saw he started waking away.

We liked the size of the room, the pool was very nice, the room was very clean, the accomodations were what we expected.

We did not like that the breakfast hours were so short. We went to breakfast 10 minutes before the scheduled end time and were told we could not have the food that was available, only the cereal.

the room had a bad smell, the carpet on the hallway was super dirty and the breakfast ends at nine so we really couldn’t eat there

Hotel staff was very nice. The room was large and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good. Ample parking. The location was convenient for a road trip.
