Motel 6-Mcallen, TX

Very clean room and very friendly staff. Dryer and washer worked great.

My tub was broken. Turns out office was aware of it but have no control over when (or even if) it gets repaired. Laundry facilities, no laundry soap in dispenser and none at front office. Internet/Wi-Fi is free but non-existent in my room.

The rooms were cozy not to big but not to small. Ac was very cold which I loved. The weekends is very busy so parking was limited. Not really a family motel only for the fact that at night lots of activity starts happening especially after club activities. The staff is really good and helpful and friendly.

I didn't like the nightly activities going on around the motel.

There is a young lady shanice she is an extremely professional yet goes above and beyond her duties. She is a blessing to me and others. She should really be acknowledged for her work, because she makes you guys look even better. Please do acknowledge her you don't want to loss a worker like her.

I didn't like the idea or the reality that I couldn't afford to stay longer and

My wife works in the customer service industry,, as soon as she walked in she took one look around and smiled,, the cleanliness met her approval right away,, thank you Motel 6 for being on the ball !!!!

We usually like to have a ground floor non smoking room but we understand that not all accomodations can be met,, but still the guy up front was able to get us an upstairs non smoking room,, still had a good time

The rate I give the room is a 9 of 10.It was clean the sheets were smelling clean&bed was comfy the only issue I had was the door to the room.It was jacked up some like it was man handled down.Just work on the doors for security reasons.Thank you&have a blessed week.

It was simple and out of the way just as needed with access thru the outside instead of an inside situation like hotels it felt more free to come and go without waiting for elevators and being around alot of people.

the location of the facility was on lower side of town so shady characters were around at night thus prefered to stay in room rather than going out for late night food was prefered

I like that room came with fridge n microwave and was very clean a/c fully functional i personally do give a 👍👌 excellent work staff. Now counting with security around the facility which makes feel safer. Love the changes. ❤️

No Breakfast which it would make it better for the price.

i loved how clean the rooms were. i arrived really early but they were able to get my checked in and on my way definitely recommend!

the only thing that bothered me but wasn’t a deal breaker was the bed there was a big dip in the bed in one side like the springs in the mattress were broke or something I stayed in room 227

I liked being alone with my lady. Happy that room included microwave and refrigerator and bottle opener. Liked bathtub.

Shower head was too low. No complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Lighting could have been brighter.

The staff was very friendly I kept forgetting my card inside my room when we were swimming and they kept helping me reactivate my car thank you Motel 6
