Our stay was wonderful. My husband is 6”5 tall and 250 pounds so he takes up a lot of space in the bathroom . This is the first hotel bathroom that he felt comfortable in. He loved how spacious the bathroom was . The kids also had room to relax and play in the room . It was a very enjoyable stay

We could hear the footsteps and doors closings from The room above us. The family above is seems to be late sleepers so it was a bit hard putting my baby to sleep with the noise coming from upstairs but it wasn’t a deal breaker

it was very clean. the pool was a good size and had plenty of lounge chairs. the rooms were okay, the ac isn’t on when you book so ask for them to turn the ac on before you check in. the did provide a hot breakfast which I appreciate being that I have a large family!

there was a bar but I didn’t get to enjoy it. the bartender was a real jerk of a lady. when I asked her about the happy hour and if they provided any complimentary drinks like a lot of hotels with a happy hour do, she started talking with attitude. when I went back later to try and purchase something, she was talking to a coworker at the bar and CLEARLY saw I was standing there to order but she just looked at me and then just kind of continued talking. Just walked off after that, attitude won’t get you far as a bartender.

The facility was very attractive and rooms comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom amenities of good quality. Breakfast was tasty and the servers were very pleasant. There was plenty of room to sit and eat. Thank you.

On Friday night of my stay there was a very noisy gathering in the next room that went on until almost 11 at night. People were quite noisy in the hallways at night and in the morning. I kept my AC fan on all night trying to dampen the noise in my room.

The breakfast was delicious! I was traveling with my parents and it was so nice to have both American and Mexican options for breakfast. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had, Esmeralda the assistant in the kitchen was very kind and helpful. The staff at the front desk were also very kind and helpful.

I loved how clean and comfortable the rooms where. And of course breakfast was the best I've had. I loved that shampoo, conditioner and body soap was already included.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I feel like everything was great .. oh yes the cookies. Wish we could of tried some they ran out before we were able to check in

Location was close to airport and shopping mall. I really felt safe and the rooms were quite, so we had a good night sleep for the time we stayed there.

The main lobby where you check in has a bar. I did not like having to come in the hotel at night, with my family, where people were drinking and being loud.

Everything. This by far has been the best place we've stayed thus far.Our favorite things were the Shower and the Bed. I can't complain about anything. We will surely be returning. AWESOME.

Great service by the staff the breakfast was really good and the room was comfortable.

The room wasn't what I reserved. I got a completely different room from what I booked online , but it was still a comfortable stay, and everything was great other than that I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Very clean and smelled good. Gives it a welcoming vibe.

Not really sure I have a bad view on this hotel. I travel a lot for work and stay in many awful hotels. This one was just a plus in every aspect
