I cant remember the lady at the front desk but she was amazing. Every time she seen me. She showed so much respect by calling me Ms. White and anything I needed she was willing to accommodate. She gets my highest voting/ranking of my overall stay!

I didn't like my neighbor playing music as loud as they did and for as long as they did, and I did not like that housekeeping comes and knocks at your door before 9 am and then again. If anything housekeeping needs to check with front desk to see who has checked out already and clean those rooms first before bothering travelers who may utilize the full time before having to check out.

Location next to Mesqurodeo was great. We used the pool and the gym and both were good.

Breakfast was Okay pretty standard fare, I was expecting a little more considering the price. You also have to pay for parking which given its location at least 20 minutes from Dallas and lots of open area I think it should be included like all the other nearby hotels

Very nice hotel. Nicely situated near the Interstate with easy access to Dallas itself. The breakfast was adequate, but lacked a bit on two of our three nights there. Best thing about the hotel is its location.

Breakfast could have been better. The hot choices were somewhat limited. The cold and fruit choices would be better with more variety. Morning coffee is a necessity for us and the coffee at this property definitely needs an upgrade.

How clean and nice it was. We really loved how great it smelled in there. The scent was so fresh!!

That we had to pay extra for parking!! It wasn't expensive but parking should come with the hotel. Having to find parking due to an event next door was a little frustrating!

Christmas Decor

Poor Customer service. I asked for fresh coffee and the lady said she was too busy and by herself but yet I watched her for 15 mins talk to the same guy she was talking to when we checked in, went up stairs came back down and she was still talking with him. No customers in sight. I checked the coffee again-Nothing.

Staff was great. KC the maintence syaff was grreat in coming to clean the pool because it wasnt clean. Breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable.

When we arrived we had dirty towels in the bathroom. But the staff came right away to get it.

Great location. We went to a concert at the Dos Equis Pavillion and had no worries getting to and from the venue. Good breakfast, lots of choices, nice size, clean room.

Had stayed before and not charged for parking; now you play for parking.

The room was beautifully clean and very comfortable. The food was the icing on the cake. Absolutely outstanding, with so many items of food to choose from. Surrounding hotels do not stand up to this (we previously lived in the area and have stayed at all the nearby hotels). Plenty of luggage carts and a very well stocked shop with realistic prices. Awesome hotel 👍😃

This property was located next to the Rodeo Arena and Convention Center. Many food options were located close by. Nice breakfast was included in the price.

Really my only complaint was that the 2nd elevator was not working. We were on the 5th floor so that created a slowdown each time we tried to return or leave.

The rooms were beautiful! We got a double queen seperate from a living room room area it felt like a small apartment. It was perfect for my family.

The front staff that checked us in was very rude to a person on the phone who called in regarding an issue with their room. Then when it was our turn to check in she was so short tempered and rude to us. I was uncomfortable and didn't want to return to the lobby area for anything during my stay.
