Price of this hotel is unbeatable- one of the cheapest in Midland and still a great place to stay. Has a good pool even if the hot tub wasn't always working. The lobby is clean and comfortable, and the large fireplace feels great on a cold evening. Staff was helpful and got me checked in quickly. The new bar/restaurant looks nice but I did not eat there. Had a good complimentary breakfast. There were a lot of cars there but it did not seem crowded and the hotel was quiet.

My room was at the far end of the hotel. This was the first time I had a room down at that end of the hotel and I did not realize just how big the place is. My keycard did not open the closest door, so I had to walk to the main entrance and then back again to get to my room.

The room was clean. When we needed maintenance for a malfunctioning door handle he was right on it. The young man at breakfast was very helpful.

The 'hot tub' was cooler than the pool. The hot breakfast was cold. The food heater didnt seem to be working. The front desk clerks were too busy sitting and talking on phone to take care of customers right in front of them. Our door keys kept not working. I've stayed in many hotels and know how to stow it. VERY irritating. There is no light over the desk.

The staff was friendly. It was clean and spacious. The amenities were excellent! Kids had a blast at the pool. Very good accommodations for the price. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

The hotel is a little older and could use some updating. Still a very good deal and had a great stay!

Convenient location close to MUGS softball park. close to hospital. Walgreens and no traffic in the area. Chikfila down the street. Super calm neighborhood. staff was amazing. Doors were all card access. So it felt safe. breakfast was standard eggs potatoes juices and coffee. not really grab an go but suffice. price was super affordable and a whole lot of parking around property.

It’s an older property. It is updated but you can tell where it’s been renovated and stuff.

Go regularly to Midland as a dog show competitor at the Horseshoe Arena. No dog this time. Hotel beyond expectations with conveniences (top quality products in bathroom), cleanliness, comfort of assorted pillows. Unexpected bar with bites (not a meal but.....) Excellent breakfast, excellent staff and hotel still dog friendly. Best of the best I've had in six years since arriving in the US. Indoor excellent pool and well fitted gym...can qualify that as a competitor

IT WAS HONESTLY GREAT AT ALL ASPECTS

ONLY THING THAT I HAD TO COMPLAIN ABOUT WAS LOUD MUSIC AND DRINKING AT POOL WHEN TRYING TO TAKE MY 2 BOYS SWIMMING ,SO WE DIDN'T GO SWIMMING AND POOL CLOSES AT 9 AND I BELIEVE WE WERE TRYING TO GO AT ABOUT 6PM AND THEIR WERE STILL PEOPLE SWIMMING UNTIL AT LEAST 10:30PM

I didn't think the price met the hotel it seems cause the city has money when the oil field starts to move then they want to jack up the price not everyone can afford 100 dollars a night we don't all work in the oil field

Had a full breakfast even though it said it didn't on booking. Pretty cool place too. They even had this weird flower thing they had to have some kind of stamp tool thing to create with the toilet paper

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The only down side was that the bar was not open during my stay other than that it is a great hotel!
