LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! The hotel could use a few upgrades, but they MORE than make up for this with their OUTSTANDING staff (friendly, helpful and kind), cleanliness and nice location. I was trapped in Dallas during an ice storm, and I felt very safe and comfortable here. I actually transferred to this hotel from another location that was not the best...and I am SO HAPPY that I made the switch! I would have been bummed to miss out on this hidden gem.

There's really nothing to complain about. As I mentioned, a few updates to the building would be nice. But the hotel is more than worth the price!

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean and smelled clean. We got a suite so it was large with a large bathroom. Has USB plugs in the lamp on the desk incase you forget your charger box.

Nobody was really welcoming. Breakfast wasn't great but ok. You have to request towels and your room to be cleaned. We were there Mon-Fri so we just never had our room cleaned or towels changed. Walls and ceiling were thin. I could hear the guy next to us snore and the people above us stomped around all day and night.

I had the most amazing time staying at this hotel for 3 days. The beds are comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud. After my first night, I recommended it to two other family members they switch hotels and was also pleased. The breakfast was great lots of items to choose from. They had something for everyone especially if you are a picky eater. The hotel is located near the airport, lots of shopping areas, food and gas stations are within walking distance.

My plane was grounded. I needed a room quickly. I made a reservation on booking.com but when I reached the hotel at midnight and showed them my confirmation number, the receptionist said, “your credit card wasn’t charged so we don’t have a room for you.” However, the manager came out directly and insisted that she would find me a room somewhere even if it was another hotel. In the end, however, she not only found me a room on site, but for the 2 consecutive nights I needed.

1- communication between booking.com and hotel. Being told by receptionist that my confirmation number from booking.com alone wasn’t enough to secure a room was very upsetting. 2- noisy AC. Time to transition hotels to heat pump systems along with the rest of the US housing stock.

Exceptional choices at breakfast buffet and friendly helpful staff attendant to greet us every morning. When I needed clean towels or mire kleenex or toilet paper, housekeeping woman always got what I needed.

Was unable to print from business center computer. Also, there were no printed maps available of the immediate area or Dallas-Ft. Wirth.

We stayed here because of its proximity to the DFW airport. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was warm (egg and cheese omelet along with other choices) and delicious. The area is a little sparse with regard to retail but there are a number of restaurants near it. We would definitely book this property again when flying out of DFW.

The property was very clean, the beds were firm and comfortable. S/O to Ivy who works at the front desk. She was very sweet and very welcoming & I do not say this about everyone. She has a great spirit. I would definitely stay here again.

On Saturday morning, we were in the dining room for breakfast at 7:30, and food was delicious and abundant. On Sunday morning, breakfast was all gone by 9:20.

I was surprised that the pool was only 4’9” at its deepest.

Breakfast was fine as was its location.

We were given a room for disabled without needing or asking for one, which ironically made showering more difficult. Also, the pillows were too soft. I applaud your water conservation and linens reuse, but would have liked the room and bed to be made up and cleaned.

Literally everything from location to service, except lady on Saturday breakfast shift. She was very rude.

Coffee machine at the breakfast area wasn’t working. When asked the young lady on Saturday morning shift, she replied in a very rude way, I DONT KNOW. Which is a correct answer but not in a rude way. She really looked like not enjoying her job. Other than that, everything was excellent.
