Courtyard by Marriott Odessa

I like everything about Courtyard from cleanliness, working room phone, working TV remote, nice walk in shower, close to restaurants and shopping centers. Always fresh and clean. I love the sofa bed, it’s comfy and sits 2 people. I will continue to stay at Courtyard as I continue to travel.

Sometimes the refrigerator doesn’t get cold enough. This was my 3rd stay at Courtyard and there was a floor lamp in the first 2 rooms but the 3rd room didn’t have one and the lighting was a little dim. Will I stay again, MOST DEFINITELY I WILL!!!!

There was no breakfast to brag about !

No breakfast , no pastry, no scones nothing ! There was a Starbucks in the building but they didn’t even have any pastries to purchase . This is sad’ all of our other family members who stayed at cheaper motels had breakfast and or at least a little pastry. Other than that the room and cleanliness was excellent . We didn’t have time to get breakfast somewhere else before the funeral , we were just gonna grab a pastry or something on the way out of the motel . But there was nothing .

the breakfast was a bit messy - it was served via Starbucks that knew nothing about it and took some time to figure out. we were charged additionally for a coffee while it was meant to be included after all. but the breakfast itself was nice.

very clean hotel , staff were very nice. the room was comfortable.

communication with housekeeper was tough since she spoke no English, we tried to tell her we needed extra towels and bath mat. we got it across.

Front desk staff and housekeeping were all very friendly. The gentleman at the front desk checked on us numerous times while we were outside on the patio enjoying the fireplace. He even brought out bottled water and offered it to us. He was extremely helpful.

There was no bar soap in the room upon check in but the gentleman at the front desk remedied that right away.

The gentleman was very helpful at the front desk had a great conversation with him also the location is in a good spot to movies and restaurants

Shower area could use some maintenance in the room we stayed in water was coming out the doors and flooding tiles in bathroom area

This place was the best. The front desk was very sweet & polite. We stayed there to have a gathering of friends at one of the restaurants in front of the hotel and so we wouldn’t have to drive. After dinner and drinks we went back to hotel and all sat on patio to continue our night out. The price was great & It is very clean & in perfect location. Has a good gym for a morning run. I will definitely be staying here again.

Breakfast was finished by the time we were ready to leave, however the server gave us 2 cups of coffee "on the house". The front desk clerk Erik, was extremely helpful and friendly. We appreciated his assistance and the manner in which he interacted with us.

From my perspective...nothing

Employees offer exceptional customer service. From the time I arrived Erik made me feel like family. My every need and expectations was exceeded to the fullest by all staff members. I will defiantly be back!

Loved the property....never expected that quality in Odessa, Tx. STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING....In particular Jacky...she went above & beyond!!!

Everything was GREAT about the hotel.... Howwever; the surrounding area is not exactly meeting the same standards
