The rooms were cleaned to my wife's liking; she can be very particular. I appreciated them letting us look at the room before checking in.Upon inspection of the mattresses and surrounding areas, there were no bed bugs, roaches, or any other insect. My wife is always concerned about bugs, so she checks every crevice. We had a quiet and comfortable stay. The helpdesk staff were friendly and quick to help with anything needed. We would definitely stay here again.

There was a lot of help and kindness from the staff at the hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They were always available to answer our questions and even gave us some tips on the best places to visit. We felt truly welcomed and appreciated

Room was neat and comfortable.

Was staying next to gym. Heard loud noise from people using the gym. Breakfast could have been little better. I don't eat beef and pork. I hardly had choice of egg omelette for protein. Also there was no oat meal or grid. Just the instant packets.

Bed was surprisingly good, pool was very nice.

They had a little kid’s birthday party and they ran us out of the pool. The kids were running around and jumping next to you. Parents not watching them very good.

Quiet, comfortable, clean, nice staff.

Handicapped room had comfortable beds. But they were too high for my elderly Mother to safely get on and off. She actually lost footing getting off the bed and fortunately caught herself on other bed. She was not hurt, but it scared her. With a lower bed her feet could reach the floor and she could easily get into standing. You should consider smaller boxspring.

Breakfast was awesome! Bacon, eggs, omelets, cereal, Oatmeal, yogurt, cinnamon rolls and more!! Our room was spacious, clean, beautiful! The bed, sheets, pillows were so comfy I slept like I was at home! The staff was so nice and friendly, always helping out any way possible! Really really great people! We will definitely stay here again if we need to stay over in Pearland again!!

The hotel and room were nicely updated. After leaving the hallway, the room is surprisingly quiet. The bed, pillows and sheets were comfortable. And the breakfast had a variety of items to choose from.

The staff was *so wonderful* and *kind*, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was great. Holiday Inn Express is our go-to hotel, and this was one of the best ones we've ever stayed at. If we could give it more than 5 stars, we would!

The breakfast was great. The food was good and the drinks were good too. The hotel made our trip pleasurable. We came just to take care of some family business. The location was excellent and the hotel staff was very nice.

The location was great. Close to the park I needed to be at and there were plenty of food doptions around.

Truthfully? The breakfast. I've had better breakfasts at other locations of the same chain.
