The front desk clerk was TOP Notch! We arrived earlier than our check in and because she knew we were there for the HLSRBBQ Cookoff she gave us our parking pass early to allow us to enjoy the cookoff and not worry about driving and could check in at 3. Thanks so much!!

Pillows and bed were not the most comfortable. Tried to take a shower this morning and the shower water was not hot at all. The sink water was scolding so not sure what’s up with that.

Liked the size of the room I stayed in, my toddlers had room to play and it had two bathrooms.

The room could use some maintenance, some outlet covers were loose and cracked. The lighting was almost non existent in room with some lamps and that's it. The doors to let you in to hallways did not lock and had keywords broke and placed in the latch to keep it from latching.

I enjoyed the opportunity to have 2 restrooms. Breakfast was good , location was near the MRG stadium, beds weee comfortable.

Furniture in suite was old and the curtains were old and needed to be replaced.

I liked the quietness of the facility, the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and always accessible.

The vending machines were always sold out and breakfast ended at 9am.

Clean comfortable also got there early and they let us check in thank you for that also let us check out later staff was very good. Suggestion put at least 2 hygiene products in for 2 guest in bathroom we will be back! 😊

The security guard at night was so nice. I was there for a concert and got back to the hotel room late at night I had several questions but he made sure to reassure me I was safe. also the pillows in the room were so comfortable!

Had an outside balcony

Rm 206 shower head needs to be replaced it just stuck on there. There are no chairs for the outside balcony. The bathroom could use better lighting.

The rooms were clean

That I have not refunded I checked out earlier then expected because my mother has stay there because she is getting dialysis the medical center but she was rushed back too the hospital for the location that we were staying at so we had to checkout a day early

I liked that breakfast was included, housekeeping staff was always kind and helpful.

I didn’t like that Breakfast was over at 9am

horrible experience! fire alarm was going off and hanging on the wall. Room was not clean at all. I have picture of how gross our experience was. Do not stay here if you are looking for a clean room.
