Loved that our room was close to the door to exit...bottom floor. Room was a good size even with full size fridge..stove top. I will definitely stay again when we come back to Plano ! The price was great ! There was no breakfast served which was fine. We don't ever do breakfast in hotels. We always bring our own travel size food items, snacks and drinks . Definitely a great place to stay ! Loved it ❤️

..The entrance was lacking. We drove all the way around it due to we did not think that was the entrance. It is not lit up enough at night as an entrance. Otherwise all was awesome 👌!! The below question about the property, the no is for entrance ONLY.

The staff at the desk, Albert was very professional and kind. He was very accommodating and polite! Very helpful when I had to change rooms.

I had to request to change my first room because I pulled back the sheets and there was a LARGE BLOODY STAIN in the middle of the mattress!! THAT’S someone’s body fluid!! It was totally disgusting! The second room’s kitchen floor was dirty and there were brown stains on the walls in the bathroom! Also, there were customers smoking cannabis in their rooms which filled the hallways on the 5th floor!!! I realize people have to use it for medicinal reasons but when in a public facility, they should resort to the cannabis without the smell.

The lady working at the front desk was very friendly. Our ice maker was not turned on and she provided me with a canister of ice while our ice maker was turned on and making ice. Seems like a little thing, but we didn't need to wait on ice thanks to her since our stay was a short one.

Due to the layout of the property, most of the parking is around the building from the front entrance. There was a badge access door closer, which is convenient for longer term guests. This wasn't really a problem for us.

Nicely appointed and comfortable room with an excellent kitchenette. Abundance of electrical outlets. Better toilet paper than most places in this price range.

My room wasn’t serviced after the first night. Though location was good for East Plano and Richardson destinations, it was tough to go north on Jupiter from the property. There was considerable pot odor on the property from someone(s) ‘self-medicating’. Note that these issues were just annoyances and didn’t diminish the value of my stay.

i love the way the property is run. Very nice and accommodating and decently clean rooms however, the laundry room needs some work. i am hyper-allergic to mold and it’s loaded with it. Hard to wash clothes, only to infect your room with spores from laundry room. Facility definitely needs some upkeep, in regard to the amenities. thanks for having us! Nice people working there..

Everything was great for us! Amy was great, the guy that works the front desk in the mornings was great, the rooms were comfortable, the kitchenette was a super plus, bathrooms are big. We enjoyed our two week stay.

Clean air, spotless, ac’s work wonderfully(clean filters), comfortable beds/pillows, staff interacts as much as they need, but don’t bother you. Stay is comfortable, care free and enjoyable.

I don’t like the lack of flexibility in the rates, especially if staying over a week. I would think Candlewood Mgmt would go above and beyond to appreciate business, through being more flexible when extending stays up to 14 days plus. In this case, the longer I stayed, the higher the increase. I don’t necessarily think that, that is motivation for repeat business, or extended business.

The price and the room I received for that was amazing.

Desk staff was not at the front desk when I arrived. Approximately 15 minutes of waiting to check in. I called the hotel trying to reach an employee with no contact. Apparently the hotel was only staffed with only one employee and that employee was chasing down a potential smoker in one of the hotels rooms

Clean rooms, kitchenette with ice maker, free coffee in the morning, extras could bought from the hotel or the convenience store next door, complimentary small laundry, Fitness Center

That was a little taller than I like made it tough to get it in and out at the end of the day

Friendly helpful staff, Superior rooms, very comfortable beds, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel everything here was perfect.
