The spacious rooms, breakfast choices and the friendliness of the staff. All of the staff, including maintenance and housekeeping were exceptional.

I wasn’t aware that rooms are not cleaned during your stay. There was only one USB plug. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I’ve stayed at hotels where sofa beds are almost as comfortable as the bed. Residence Inn should look into getting more comfortable sofa beds. We had to sleep in same bed because sofa bed was not conducive of good rest.

It was good place and clean. Would stay there again.

Really the only thing I didn't like about it is that they don't really have a breakfast. If it say breakfast then they need to serve breakfast. If they are not still do to covid then they need to have on there a sack snack.

the breakfast manager was not very helpful . we had to leave by 6:30 and there were breads and fruit out but he would not let us take any . I understand that cooked foods like eggs bacon etc must be kept for opening but not allowing us to have a yogurt or muffin seemed excessive

We had a Pets so we like the fact that our room was near a door and you had a good pet walking area. The room was nice and we did use the kitchenette.The breakfast was good especially for a self-serve hotel breakfast.

The medium roast coffee in the breakfast area was often empty. The exterior door by our room did not self latch and was often stuck on a rise in the carpet outside, this produces a potential security issue for the guests.

Room was laid out nicely. Breakfast in morning was good. Having small grocery store on premises was helpful.

The couch was stained and dirty. Light was out over table. Husband did not like tub/ shower. Water temperature was never hot; barely lukewarm.

I love that when I checked in alone I was asked if first floor was okay. I wasn’t alone and had family in the car. It was so nice to be asked for my comfort of location.

Everything was great 👍. It was awesome to see my name on the television and welcoming me and my husband to the hotel. We celebrated my husband birthday and our Anniversary.

Everything was great once I finally got checked in. The staff was super friendly!

I had to wait 30 minutes before someone showed up to the front counter after my flight.

The room was very nice in appearance and comfort. Kitchenette well equipped and allowed us to fix our own meals. Friendly staff with quick check in and out. Nice parking garage.

Close to major toll road which is quite noisy. Our room on the north side of the building faced away from it so no problem with noise.

I couldn't eat after midnight due to early morning surgery. My husband ate and said everything was good.
