The location was great, quiet and overall SAFE!! The room was clean and nice! From the time we checked in, to the housekeeping staff, everyone was super friendly! The parking lot was safe! Our kids and ourselves loved the breakfast and all of the choices they had. This will definitely be our go to hotel whenever we’re back in town.

This location was perfect. The hotel was pleasant and very clean. The staff was very professional yet warm and inviting. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. The breakfast was yummy. They had a great selection of things to choose from and enjoy.

everything was clean and well-maintained, staff was friendly, nice and substantial breakfast was provided, very comfortable mattress, kitchen with stovetop, dishwasher, full size refrigerator which would be nice for an extended stay.

Would have preferred a more centralized lobby- it was a rather long walk from the lobby to the room and elevators, but that’s about all.

First and foremost, I really like their staff from front desk, housekeeping, kitchen and maintenance. They gave their all at their job. In a business, everything boils down to people. Everything was clean and the hotel interiors were superb. Location was superb as well.

Soft pillows..too soft for me. (its a personal and medical reason due to sleep apnea). I brought my own pillow but my Mom has to borrow it because she find their pillow too soft as well. Ot made her feel suffocated... but like I said this is more a personal preference rather than the hotel's fault. Wish every hotel gives their customers preferences in pillows.....maybe in the future.

The Breakfast was amazing and restocked quickly. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. The rooms are spacious and beds are so comfortable. Great room service and staff is exceptional. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

The male employee working the front was so great.

I didn't like being accidentally checked out at the beginning of my second day staying there cuz it ended up costing me more for my stay then what I was initially quoted and prepaid for when I checked in on Friday.

Such a beautiful place. Very clean and modern. Our suite was so spacious and we loved that it had a kitchenette and separate living room. The biggest plus was the Hot Breakfast! With so many other chains being lazy “due to covid”, the Homewood Suites took care of their guests. The had a nightly fire pit and the outdoor hot tub was perfect. My nephews enjoyed the fitness room and the computers in the business center. We had an enjoyable stay.

No local shuttle so we used Uber a lot.

Clean. Nice for families. Great amenities. Good breakfast.

Only the fact that the room wasn’t cleaned daily. Understand that we are still in Covid. But at least if they offered clean towels and toilet paper, tea and coffee , water to the room every day would be very nice . Since we stayed 4 nights 5 days too. I don’t thong we should have to hunt down the house keepers all the time.

This is a great hotel. The pool and lounge area is great they have a grill on the deck. Very nice pool and hot tub. Definitely the place I'd come to over and over again. Breakfast was great as well.

This place was great! I will definitely come back. Only down fall was that it has two long hallways before you get to the elevators. So if you are handicap. That can create a problem. If you have a walker or crutches. And I did not see any wheelchairs
