i liked that the staff went above and beyond to accomidate me,,, james was very patiete and made ajustments to my reservation so i was able to get the room i actully needed... over all my stay was great and i will bool again
for the most part my stay was excelent but the property its self can use sum renovating and thats not a complaint but a statement.... this place has potentul so renovate it ...

The bed was comfortable. The room was warm.
The guy who checked me in could not find my reservation because he kept putting my home city name into the last name field. After he eventually found it he couldn't figure out which button to press to complete the check in. So, I was woken up at 7am by two people who opened up my door with a key. The morning receptionist gave them the same room as it was still showing as empty in the system.

The quickness of the reservation to be available too check in. I was able to go inside and not be outside at a window like a lot of places in San Antonio.
The TV was tricky, they don't give you but one towel to dry off. No face cloth. The connected rooms have very thin walls. I could hear everything including bathroom activities. Yuck.

I like the staff...they are always nice to me 😊.
The toilet seat was loose, and their were a few insects...But I'm going to attribute that to the ongoing construction and improvements that the property is undergoing at the present moment.

Its a cheap hotel on a rough side of town what do you expect for the price? The Staff is super friendly and I didnt have any problems while I was on the property.
