I can not say enough good things about this place. I called at noon to see if we could check in early and she was able to have the room done at 1:30 even though we weren’t suppose to get in til 3. The suite room is huge(like my three kids under 10 had so much room to run and play while in the room, comfy beds, full kitchen and the hotel staff are the most accommodating, nice and helpful people. They will be the reason our family returns. Went from staying the weekend to four days thanks to the lady up front who gave us a deal. They also brought us extra bedding so everyone was comfy. No matter how many times my kids stopped to talk to them or asked a million and one questions in five minutes they listened and responded to them just as if we’d asked ourselves. Then unexpectedly the lights went out for the whole hotel and all the hotels nearby they quickly made sure everything and everyone was okay, got someone out here and had the power on within 20min. Then this morning we went to get breakfast and the lady was down there and offered my daughter her own oat milk when I mentioned she has an allergy to dairy and even recommended somewhere we could go to eat that offered options she could have.

Literally nothing!!

Very fast check-in. Room was gigantic, with separate living room and bedroom spaces. Firm bed, ample space for luggage and the kid, absolutely zero issues.

Because the hotel is so close to a major highway, and the room has a rather large window, noise will definitely be an issue for light sleepers. Room office chair reeked of smoke. Bathtub could've been cleaner. Little details that can easily be improved.

I really liked how inviting all the staff was. Savannah (sorry if I misspelled your name) checked us in and she set the tone for the rest of our stay. We stayed a total of 6 nights. The breakfast was great. There was a huge variety ranging from classic cereal/oatmeal/toast. To potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles. The lady in charge of the breakfast area greeted you with a smile every day. The environment as a whole was laid back but the staff was very attentive. Any big attractions (zoo, Riverwalk, Legoland, Six Flags) was no more than 10 minutes away. Would definitely recommend for family trips.

Everything was perfect the size of the rooms the rooms and bath rooms were clean The breakfast was great

Breakfast was good! Everything was good the service and everything but the room that we got smelled a lot like cigarette smoke and was bothering my little one. Had to buy febreeze and lysol to spray in the room

The staff was nice and friendly and breakfast was a plus.

There was a piece of clothing item located outside the back exit door for a day that wasn't removed until this information was related to the staff.

Staff was very friendly and hotel rates were perfect for our trip to San Antonio. We knew we were staying at a 3 star hotel and weren’t coming with high expectations. We loved that room we booked had 2 queens with pull out sofa bed (perfect for family of 6) . You have fridge, small microwave and electric stove burners in room too, we didn’t cook there but could smell some guests cooking in hallway.

Hotel is right next to highway , we were assigned room facing highway and we heard traffic all night . One of the guests mentioned to us that someone’s car had been broke in to night before we arrived. Thankfully we didn’t have any issues but we made sure to park in front of hotel near lobby . Other than sketchy neighborhood behind Hotel and Loud traffic at night our stay was good.

Staff was amazing. Our room was huge and very clean. They served breakfast everyday.

Parking was limited if you got there late at night.

Breakfast is great..all the time.....Location is good because it's close too everything..stores and restaurants and activities 😋🥰🥰Thank you all

Our room had no soap or shampoo. Our room was never cleaned during our stay. The staff were excellent and very knowledgeable as to attractions and sites.

Oh no blow dryer. Not bad just was expecting one Over all excellent place to stay and well worth every penny. VERY PLEASED!
